I'm 47, and this is my morning routine: Take 20 minutes to wake up, hydrate, coffee w/ collagen. Get outside to fill my bird feeders: Getting out in the fresh air, moving around and lugging bird seed really wakes me up. Plus my little feathered friends bring me a lot of joy. Take my supplements, get workout gear on. Eat a few protein breakfast cookies. Workout between 40-60 minutes Journal/cool down Make bed (give it time to air out) Take shower/skin care/teeth. If I'm WFH: make & eat breakfast, plan the day, start working. If I'm at the Office: pack food, travel to work. If anything needs to get dropped because of time constraints, it's journaling. I'll do that later. The rest are non-negotiables.
