These "apology" videos annoy me so much, because its clear that they don't mean it; they apologize because they were caught and faced backlash, rather than because they genuinely regret and feel remorse for their actions. As a someone who is in community college and works in child care, I have a deep love and passion for children. They are my everything and I believe they are the future of our world. However, one thing that has been weighing heavily on my mind is the negative influence of UA-camrs and streamers on young viewers. It's concerning to see these influencers gaining popularity and wealth by pulling dangerous pranks and making fun of others for the sake of entertainment. As someone who hopes to be a parent one day, I am determined to shield my children from this toxic culture of social media and entertainment. The thought of Gen Alpha being exposed to such harmful content is alarming, and I believe it is our responsibility as adults to monitor and protect them from it. Our children deserve a safe and positive environment to grow and thrive in, and it's up to us to ensure that.
