@@physiorehab OH I thought the gym was part of the clinic itself. Nice. What do you think of the "turf" inside the gym? That seems to be the current style now... Does it fit nicely with your clinic?
Both my calves used to cramp a lot with herniated discs from S1 to S3 etc . Now that Im 3+ years into a healthy lifestyle, the severe pain in my hip area (osteoarthritis) and cramping is all but gone. However when I lie down on either side of my body, I feel both legs "vibrating", especially if both knees are together and touching. Although not painful it is very distracting, especially when I awaken in mornings. What is the cause? s
I don't need these tips at the moment but my lower back tends to go out once per year. Thank you for this little gem of knowledge :)
Pleasure Joe!

Hard to say sorry!
Hi sir if its unilateral traction do the technique would be same & any slight changes or modification there ?
What if you don’t have another person ?
You can do a lumber traction with A power band attached around something solid and then around the back of your knees
why not just inversion table?
For people without one of those….
How many days Acute Symptoms and Chronics Symptoms last ?
That’s a tough question!
Why in prone ?
To help with extension
I guess self means two people in Australia
Meaning when you don’t have a physio
That's not self traction
Meaning without a machine
Great Glutes
