As an oenophile/vinophile, I appreciate this. This is the first time they are doing wines so it's fine. However, next time for Indian wines, you MUST include Grover's. They make some of the best ones. Sula is popular and has more visibility since they did for wine what Kingfisher did for beer in India. The "khattha meetha" logic was funny since it reminded me of namkeen... Hah... Next time, maybe try to sample based on not just the whole red, white, rosé, sparkling parameter but how the grapes are classified like Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Shiraz, Chardonnay, Riesling, dessert wines, champagne, and such. It'd be cool to have an expert on board to actually make it a learning sort of video clubbed with the randomness that all the OK Tested staff brings.
Another idea, maybe take the people on a Wine Tasting to Sula or Grover's vineyards.

Fyi the difference between sparkling wine and champagne is not only the region but also the grapes . It takes 3 grapes to make champange and if you aad onther grape in that then it become sparkling wine
Champange grapes - pinot noir
- pinot. muenier
and chardonnay
Sparkling wine same grapes as above but if you add another grape like sheraz or merlot then it become sparkling wine

The wine glass holding style of Rohit was correct but of Kaustubh's was incorrect.
Always choose to hold the stem of the glass and not the actual bowl because the heat of your hand can affect the taste of the wine if directly held the bowl.

Red wines contain 'tannins' due to which they get the acidic (khatta) flavor. Tempranillo (from Spain) is the most acidic I have had. Red wines are mainly bitter + acidic
White wines do not have 'tannins' since they have no skin (of grapes) contact. White wines are mostly sweet.
The sparkling from Champagne region of France is called Champagne & from the Prosecco region of Italy is called Prosecco. Prosecco is cheaper than Champagne.
There are rosé sparking available too.

Please try some other Indian wines like Samara, Madera, Raya red wines. Indian wines is not just restricted to Sula. Even Heritage (strong red wine) from local red wine company in Karnataka available in Bangalore.

That's is not how you hold the 🍷 glass kaustabh!!! You should just hold it with the stem like Rohit. The body temperature can alter the taste of the wine.
