It's not a Muslim call to god.Its a Hindu call to god and the language is Sanskrit which is the ancient language of the land he belongs to.
She just compared it to the Muslim call to prayer, how both 'prayer music's' are pleasing to hear.

It's carnatic music brother and it's a music form just like Hindustani used in almost all south indian states, yes people get confused with the name carnatic and misinterpret it's solely from karnataka, truth is , it also includes karnataka.

Next line tells who is Raama.
Acchutya - Raama is infallible and always static
Keshava - Raama is the one who is praised as Lord of Creation, Sustainance and Destruction of universes(Kah - Brahma, Ah - Vishnu, Isha - Shiva, va - praised as)
Hari - Raama is the one who protects from everything, he is the protector

Just some more bits of information for you guys about Brodha V:
He isn't really in England, he's from a city called Bengaluru in South India. Quite a lot of his discography showcases beats and sounds from India in general and South India in particular.
The chorus in this rap is actually an old devotional song with the title "Aathma Raama", praising and praying to the Hindu deity named "Raama". Its actually not in the Hindi language, but a really old Indian language called Sanskrit.. Most present day Indian languages including Hindi are derived, at least in part, from Sanskrit. Although Sanskrit itself is not much in use these days, some songs in Sanskrit are still in use, and I think Brodha V has done a phenomenal job bringing one of them into his rap with a proper flow to it.
You can also see some other songs of his where he raps in English to a beat that is from some part of India.. that's Brodha V's thing.

Guys, I’m glad you reacted to Brodha V’s song... I would suggest you to react to his old songs first and new songs later. That way you would love Brodha V as an artist that has evolved over the time.
Only small change in him is that he has added little bit of comic sense in few latest tracks like VAINKO (featuring JORDINDIAN, a comedian duo from Jordan and India.. who incidentally have their own English tracks - Yep, u can add another name to your ever growing Indian list) and most latest FLEX too.

The one Untouched/Untainted by evil(Achyutha), Destroyer of the demon Kesha( Demon symbolises the negativities that tempt the person to the wrong path), The one that conquers all with his might and beauty( Hari means to conquer. God conquers and pervades all, and nothing is a barrier between Him and the soul, thus His guidance is open to every single soul),The one who resides over the embryonic waters( this requires some context.
