Very important. After all who sold the property is extremely critical. If it was by 2 different persons, the second one committed a serious fraud. If it was by the same person, then the person committed serious frauds. Why? Because on the second sale, the land was no longer owned by the seller. By the seller clearly used the delay in the titles processing from the first sale to resell the property a second time. Fun fact: auction sales are different. To sell a land 1 week after auction is most likely a fraud since the action is still processing the paperwork.
