to open the lid and take out the filter, the plastic cover does not need to be removed

Tq for the vid. Easy to remove from right hand side. But to install, i found it easier from the left hand side

Just to let you guys know you don’t have to remove the first black trim you can just reach to the white cover and just pull it, it will come off

I just found out that LHD models would be easier to replace, I initially thought the cover would also be on driver's side

Thanks for the video, it was useful to know the location of the filter. Why did you remove the trim though? I just replaced my filter on same car and removing the trim doesn't actually have any benefit?
