    WOW!!!! as always this track has reaffirmed just how powerful I AM.
    There isn't a guided meditation this guy does that doesn't have me feeling connected to source and like i just made a positive difference to my life. Everytime i come back to this track i physically feel lighter during the process. I really appreciate your guidance of breath especially. Thank you Thank you xx Cowabunga

    This exercise help me to turn into links automatically to steps upgrade myself. Today at 12:30 am went to sleep but. awake early . And going on exercise. May be God bless me . Anyway try to another exercise . Thanks a lot Good morning.

    Hi. I did this in the morning and I'd like to say it is awesome. I had trouble focusing and couldn't resonate very well but it was just me and my state of being in that moment. This guided breath awareness in the beginning was just long enough and I'd never practiced rotational mouth/nose breathing which was very good since it managed to get my attention as much as possible. That was really awesome, just listening to basic 'watch your breath' reminders wouldn't have helped me at all at this moment with so much tension and anxiety built up. And there were so many positive and meaningful suggestions. Also that cowabunga breathing helped me release some remaining tension. So praise to you for the creative touch and thank you for sharing this wonderful practice. I'm a fan from first try. Namaste!

      It's almost like the wim hof breath but different in through your nose , in through your mouth then out through your mouth. keep trying it will come when you are ready
