Okay listen everyone. On IMDB there are castings for motion capture and voice actors for Steve and Alex. Why? Wouldn't that mean that there would be two Steves, a live action and an animated Steve? Isn't it strange that the ONLY thing to not be animated in the Minecraft world is Jack Black Steve himself? Obviously the humans aren't because they're not from the Minecraft world, but why is Steve live action? Well he's not. Steve is going to be animated just like everything else. Honestly, this would be a pretty nice twist for the movie, to have a person you've been with for the entire time your in this strange world, someone who has been in the exact same situation since the start....To do wrong behind your back and become something you'd never think he would become. It could show a good representation on the human mind, how the ability to make or do essentially ANYTHING, can allow some to help more, but can also corrupt the minds of others. He truly did seem like a hero to the others, but in reality he had all of the blocks in hand, and it was all a game to him.

Even if they did it in a dumb, corny way, I'd actually respect the hell of Mojang if they had the balls to make a character from creepypasta about their game from 14 years ago the main antagonist of their new movie (and potentially, movie franchise). Honestly, this would be a pretty nice twist for the movie, to have a person you've been with for the entire time your in this strange world, someone who has been in the exact same situation since the start....To do wrong behind your back and become something you'd never think he would become. It could show a good representation on the human mind, how the ability to make or do essentially ANYTHING, can allow some to help more, but can also corrupt the minds of others.
He truly did seem like a hero to the others, but in reality he had all of the blocks in hand, and it was all a game to him.

Even if they did it in a dumb, corny way, I'd actually respect the hell of Mojang if they had the balls to make a character from creepypasta about their game from 14 years ago the main antagonist of their new movie (and potentially, movie franchise).
