Thank you so much for the tutorial. I've found ending it with the crown and diamond knot on the sides of the cross makes it look nice, and ends all 4 cords in the same spot

Just made a really nice two tone , glow green & glow yellow cross for my Daughter for Easter ! It came out pretty good for a first try ! Thanks again mate. You made this vid. easy peasy lemon squeasy, to follow ! Only thing I disliked was that I had two 12 inch strands left over and two 6 inch strands left over after cutting ends off. Thats 36 inches wasted. Can you make shorter strands next time ?

Also just finished a nice Purple and White one for my Wife for Easter. The only thing I had to fix was the burned ends looked dark next to the white ! So I took some white fabric paint and touched up the ends. Now its great looking ! Thanks again mate !

Hast makes waste,, I hate wasting cord. Although by my calc, 3ft would cost me about 42 cents. However, you could make a matching keychain out of the 2 12" strands, sell it for a buck, and come out way ahead of the game.

Do you know how to whip a sailmakers whip around the end of a spliced rope? There's no help online and as you taught me how to splice rope I thought I would ask you. I have a cotton rope that has been spliced and I need to whip the end to secure it using a sailmakers whip. Could you make a video?
