It is a good tank, but when uptiered is bad. It doesn't have a stabilizer.

Even after all these vids about the new leopard 1 I still dont believe 15kmh more max speed then a t55 is fair while he has armor, apfsds and stablizer feels extremely unfair to play it

at leopard tier it is crucial to hit the ammo on russian tanks, and heat sometimes cant reach far enough inside the tank to get it

Apds is better than heat-fs, especially in an urban context

The Heatfs instead can deal with these and in addition overpressure some things though sadly dies to fence

I just got Leopard 1 and I dont understand why it doesnt have stabilizer. Its a modern tank though.

I wouldn't call it modern. It's not in service anymore.

This is the initial production stage Leopard 1, which doesnt have the stabilizer yet. The Later Leopards such as the A1A1 and so on are all equipped with stabilizers
