I never said that I overcome anxiety Joseph! Where did you get that idea🤔?? I will say this though, most anxiety is triggered by certain things that you either don't like or are really uncomfortable with! I often use something to help me refocus & that often is my video cameras! So it depends on what mostly sets your anxiety off..Try to use something to distract yourself from it is my advice!
@@ghosthunternumberone I get it only when driving a car or passenger bus or any type of public transport, out of city limits is the worst because of the speed factor it make me so afaird and brings on a panic attack.

I've never had that happen before Joseph, what format is your usb drive in? Is it NTFS or fat32? Check that first, then depending what format it is try the other one & see if that works! So does your box not keep crashing??
I ONLY GOT IT YESTERDAY BUT IT'S THE BLACK FREEVIEW BOX.IVIEW HD,SAME AS MY OTHER TWO.IT HAS A NORMAL USB SOCKET.THE MEMORY STICK IS IN AND IT IS RECORDING BUT JUST LIKE THE OTHER CABLE BOX BEFORE IT THERE'S NO WAY OF DELETING ANY RECORDED PROGRAMMES.I'VE NOT EVEN FOUND IT,IN THE MANUAL.THAT'S THREE FREEVIEW BOXES WITH NO RECORDING FACILITY AVAILABLE!
@@ghosthunternumberone Moves fast and up and down. I was hoping it was an orb because I got something similar on one of my old video camcorders and I always thought it was an orb. Not sure now.

My comment is still showing to me but if I log put and act as a different user the comment isn't there. UA-cam delete comments and make the user think it is still there. It's called ghosting and so wrong.

You have to plug it into a computer, then you right click on it & then you can change it!
Is this just a regular usb stick? What make & size is it?

Can you not delete the files using your computer? That will work I'm pretty sure!

Yeah, its because I'm using a camcorder light, the light pics every spec of dust up; If it were an orb it would be self illuminated mate!
