Update #2: I keep getting the comment "You missed songs", and I appreciate the need for more! You may have missed that this is "Part 1" - here is part 2: ua-cam.com/video/F-2dLfqxVbI/v-deo.htmlsi=e7Qk-ZHI7n1HxNOx
Update #1: the naughty word has been omitted and monetization restored! (Big sarcastic thanks to UA-cam for the process taking a full month and loosing all the money we would've made on this) Still the support is really helpful :) Thanks everyone!
Original: Hey everyone! This video got demonetized because of a single naughty word we left in here, so here's an extra plea for you all to like, subscribe, and especially become a member to support! Much love everyone- the next one is fully edited and if it's not out already it will be soon ❤
was it Adam saying cunt
I hate you... You got me singing along on the Phineas and Ferb theme song and then you went and cut it off... You made me feel like a fool... I'll never forgive you... 😭😭😭
28:34 wait sooo u pinned yourself📍 😂❤ 📌 love this reaction btw
@kalefowler4222 😂 you got me - shoutout to the commenter who said I should check out the music from different languages though- that's a fantastic one and I totally want to do it! Who else totally wants to see reactions to the songs from other languages?
20:07 is this the naughty word you were talking 'bout?
What really struck me about the ending of "Poison" is the sheer amount of vocal control it took to be able to sing like that. It't not really that hard to let your voice break while you're singing, but to be able to do it _while keeping the musicality and tonality_ takes an _incredible_ amount of control. It's like making a splatter painting by painstakingly drawing in every single individual droplet of paint.
And here's the kicker to this
Blake Roman the VA and singer for Angel Dust
Came into the audition with no prior acting credits
And in the time since then has a total of 5 acting credits with angel being the only major character
I agree with you here. There is a difference between simply singing a song, and acting a song.
Also not to mention keeping the characters voice, you know what i mean?
Yea that is really impressive@@RoxxyFly
Stayed Gone rose up the ranks to one of my favorites when I realized how terrifying it is in context: Every other time there's a duet with two people arguing/conflicting, they each have a unique melody and style that are warring back and forth.
In Stayed Gone, though, Alastor comes in and sings in time with Vox, matching his style and tempo, implying that he's not only stronger than Vox, but is beating him at his own game. He doesn't even need to use his own style, he can win even with the handicap of Vox playing to his strengths.
oh my god you're so right. he also does the exact same thing in episode 5! and when alastor changes up the tune slightly near the end (after the accordion bit), lucifer follows him back.
@@erinravenseeker413Lucifer still won tho
@@kittypeanut4102neither of them won I feel, but lucifer was close
@@kittypeanut4102 I have to say, as soon as Lucifer dismissed the found family/friends of Charlie, he would have lost with Charlie. I don't think he would have won if it played out without interruption, specifically for that reason.
@@kittypeanut4102 Lucifer lost that tbh. He "won" in the end with More Than Anything, but in the context of just Hell's Greatest Dad, Lucifer lost. He only cares about showing off what he *could* do, it shows that he doesn't understand what Charlie wants in that song. "Champagne Fountains and Caviar Mountains" while cool completely ignore Charlie's wish to change people away from sin, which includes Gluttony. The entire yelp reviews and entire big boss of hell schtick is just stroking his own ego, and not to mention the part where he dismisses the idea of "found family." Also, remember, Lucifer hasn't done anything for Charlie in 7 years, all of these things that he promises he can do are just words, while Alastor comes in immediately reminding Charlie of everything that he's done from her, the *actions* he's done. Alastor appeals to Charlie's sentimentality with him telling her how much he appreciates her, how their "bond" has strengthened, how her "found family" is better than just blood.
If Loser, Baby wasn’t at least S-tier I was gonna be so offended 😂
Me fr🤣
I literally said that out loud and scrolled down to see if the sentiment was shared.
Yea fr it’s my fav
Fr
i have that song stuck in my head
Cool little touch I noticed during loser.. when they're both shown bound by ropes, angels are pretty sloppy, maybe even breakable..... But not husk's. Shows the power difference between the two overlords.
could be
I was thinking it was more so the multiple arms thing.
I think your right about that! I think the way their tied up also incorporates the way they are trapped. Angel's rope almost seems like fancy bondage while Husk is just straight up held hostage.
It also hints at their respective owners personalities. Valentino is emotional and chaotic, Alastor is calculating and precise
Could also be a representation of Angel's and Husk's strength. Husk sold his soul to save his overlord strength, so he's significantly stronger than Angel
Oh, absolutely "Loser, Baby" is up in S Tier! Not only does it bring our hopes up for Angel after the shit he went through, but it's also a damn good pick-me-up song with a twist. We all end up in the dumps, hurt, or worse, but we are never alone.
Someone is always there to pick you up when you're done.
not for me....Nobody's there for me and that's why I'm lonely and sad and suicidal at 16.
@@MilkyWayMarsBar Sometimes you gotta be your own support system because no one else at this time can or wants to be. But you still have tons of time to find people you vibe with, who you support and who'll do the same for you. Just be patient.
Coming from a sad lonely 30-something btw. I'm not going for blind optimism here. I just like to think people should live a good chunk of their lives before giving up.
Not true
For me "Respectless" was fun but i enjoyed Carmilla's belting in it the most. Daphne Rubin-Vega voice holds sooooo much emotion that "Whatever it Takes" gives me goose bumps and aside from "Poison" is the only other song i found myself humming out of nowhere throughout my day which for me counts a lot.
The one other thing i'm hoping we'll get but not sure if we will is a Nifty song - mainly because Kimiko Glenn is the voice actress and we all know the power of her singing voice from Centaurworld. Since Husk got a song and more character development i'm hoping Niffty will, but i think she might just be fun comic relief at least in Season 1.
came back to add how hard "More Than Anything" (Ep.5) and "You Didn't Know" (Ep.6) go. SERIOUSLY those songs are so good.
Kimiko Glenn has also done some really good belting and runs as Izzy Moonbow in _My Little Pony_ . i still think it's a shame they recasted her character after the movie
I thought "Whatever It Takes" should've been higher tier. The power in Camila's voice is insane. I'm also just a sucker for rock ballads
I don’t have much to add to this one since I’m so musically uninclined and a little too Charlie-Coded and just got sucked up in the Disney Princess emotions, but about Cherry Bomb!!! I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if they were saving her mostly for Season Two! Maybe a small appearance but I think we’d likely see her more as Angel starts to have a little more freedom in his life and he chooses to spend time with her even if she might not be the best influence on him and his journey, idk, I have no idea where the series is going with her but with how much is going on right now alright I wouldn’t be surprised if they were saving her for something like that!
it will be pretty hilarious seeing cherri find out about sir pentious being a resident now tbh
I'd personally put Respectless in S. It's just such a brilliant and powerful piece, one of my favourite back and forth "fight" songs ala Confrontation in Les Mis. SO glad y'all put Loser, Baby on the top of S tier because I CANNOT STOP listening to it. After Friends on the Other Side, the fact that we got a new Keith David animated song and it's a true banger is AWESOME.
My autistic ass has been listening to Stayed Gone on repeat basically since I heard it. I love a good "battle" song and the actors have AMAZING voices 💖🎶
I subed to you your welcome
I’ve been doing the same thing with Loser Baby XD
IM ALSO AUTISTIC AND SAME LOL
Personally, Vox is my favorite voice actor when it comes to his singing. He puts so much panic and insecurity in his performance, it i palpable. I need to hear this voice actor sing more things.
SAME BUT WITH ALL THE SONGS (god I’m so fucking autistic omg)
You: This is a visual medium. It's not purely just the song numbers.
Alastor: You ruined it. You ruined it and I'm leaving...
To be fair even his songs have choreography.
I think what gives Alastor more power over Vox other than him being around longer is his medium. As powerful as social media and TV is, it is quite revealing. The audience has a clear sight of who Vox is, how he looks like (whether or not that look is manufactured or the actual thing) and thus they can limit him with their perception.."ah yes he is a fancy looking guy with a TV head..looks cool but also look a bit nervous". Radio on the other hand leaves A LOT to the imagination of the listener. All they can hear is Alastor's smooth voice..but their imagination runs wild about how he might look like, just how powerful is he..just what are those sounds that coming from the radio? He will always have more power because human creativity is limitless, and all is being fed to him.
Radio broadcast is also a thing anyone can do, with little to no restrictions
Not to mention, those other broadcasts rely on waves just like radio, which alastor can presumably control when he shut down all those signals.
Plus, despite the mainstream existence of Social Media and TV, audio podcasts grew in popularity with Spotify and how cars are equipped with a radio even when radio isn't mainstream anymore, you can't escape it.
Also the screams he had broadcasting on the radio of the missing overlords... It definitely would terrify anyone
@@justanormalperson5909 once again proving that radio is better, because if you broadcast that on TV people will see what exactly happened to those people. Sure it might be gruesome but never as gruesome as what people come up with their imagination when they only hear the screams and the bodies are never found
I agree pretty closely with all of this, but Whatever It Takes is my absolute favorite song here. Especially if we’re including animation. It may not have the best visual addition, but it fits so well, and it perfectly encapsulates these two characters’ conflicts. It’s such a powerful song. That said, I like your commentary, you’ve earned yourselves a new subscriber.
Having been raised by a single mom, Carmilla's part of Whatever it Takes hits me so hard, cuz it's a mother doing anything to protect her children
17:15 Vox's screen has some cool details when he bluescreens
Cheri isnt written out! Shes seen talking to Charlie in the trailer ❤
The songs go hard, loved Alastor and Vox song and Respectless, Loser song deserves a shout out and the Sorry song was bottom tier for me.
I love vox and Alastair❤
But which one do I like better?
Probably Alastair no vox I can’t think
I swear about Loser, baby, it’s my ultimate fav alongside Poison, I love the vibe and its meaning, Husk’s and Angel’s harmony was so satisfying and pretty I couldn’t help but learn the lyrics in like one day😂
God the cast in this show is amazing. My only changes I'd make to your tier list is "it Starts with Sorry" would be C, the rest of C would be B and "Respectless" would be A. It's got kind of a Lilly Allen feel to it, but I think that's because of Velvette's VA, but Daphne Rubin-Vega is one of the best Altos on Broadway IMO and I love hearing her voice. Sorry was funny in context, but it is the only song I've skipped at least once while listening to the soundtrack without visuals. I still like it, but it just doesn't hit as hard on my musical wants. I can't wait for the next episode because I want to hear Lucifer sing. Jeremy Jordan has a great voice (Varien from Tangled and Light from the Death Note Musical English Concept Album). It's gonna be hard to top the music from episode four though. Best two songs IMO. Cherri Bomb's VA was announced to be Krystina Alabado, so she's going to be in an upcoming episode.
Love seeing your opinion on these. I was totally wondering what you would think about the music specifically - I like those adjustments that feels super reasonable to me, Respectless has also grown on me each time I've listened to it too - also glad to hear Cherri Bomb is coming back!! Thanks for your thoughts!
Episode 4 did so much for Husker as a character for me. He shot up so much higher. Alistor, Zestial and Husker are what I would want to strive for as an Overlord if that makes sense.
Zestial is respected and highly regarded tmdue to his age. Husker is a decent guy despite everything. Alastor is a plotting, manipulative and secretive enigma who revels in the suffering of others. So much so that he broadcasted his carnage on his radio show. Why is he what you would strive for?
@@NameHere2856 Uh it’s more of the outfits for all three and the suave demeanor of Zestial and Alistor. I am also just a little psycho, so
I just don't understand how someone can listen to Poison and Loser Baby, watch the show and assume this is gloryfing abuse and toxic relationship. Like, just no. Everything about Poison just tell it's not consensual, Angel is putting up a facade and is suffering from Valentino's hold on him. But that's what abuse is, it's so strong because the abuser has those hopeful moments when you think it's gonna be different, and you feel to ashame to ask for help. As for Loser Baby, it's about accepting the bad stuff that happened to you and accepting other people have it bad too, even if you think no one will understand. Life can be shit, sure, but you can find some refuge with people who suffer too. If anything, experience showed me you can feel closer to someone who knows what that kind of hurt is rather than your family or buddies.
I'd say Stayed Gone is my favorite song because I love how insecure and desperate Vox is about Alastor's return x) So much that he sent Velvett to the overlords meeting so he wouldn't have to deal with him after his humiliation ^^
Stayed Gone is my Top Tier right next to Losers! Stayed Gone basically summed up the EXTREME rivalry between Alastor and Vox since they both represent the two types of entertainment. Alastor being a former radio host in the 1920’s and Vox possibly being a former TV Show Host probably around the 80’s I don’t know his lore don’t come after me! But no Alastor’s number at the end I was so hyped up and my love for this character came back at full force!!!!!
And there's the fact that Alastor lets Vox set the tone of the exchange, but still beats him in it. Alastor doesn't add/swing anything into the melody. He just talks and lets his words dominate Vox on his home field.
Whatever It Takes is definitely S tier for me, Respectless I'm conflicted between S or A, and Hell is Forever is S.
I think I would change just that.
Honestly, every song in show is either S or A for me. I would be bad at tier lists. 😂
Ty so much for doing this dears... splendid job!!!!
Don't start a war that you don't know you can win. Every single exterminator, and possibly every single angel, can kill sinners and hellborn. Meanwhile, hellborn have no reason to involve themselves in a war sinners started with heaven. That leaves the sinners, and so far only one of the strongest of them has managed to kill an angel. Even assuming every single Overlord can muster that kind of power, that's still a relatively small number of effective fighters against a full army.
An arms dealer is going to understand the cost of escalation better than an influencer.
This is on point! I hate how people are talking about how Velvette "won" their exchange, but all it did was show how little she really understands the implications killing an angel can have on Hell as a whole.
I fell in love with this series when I heard that beautiful rendition of "I'm Always Chasing Rainbows". But it was the song "Poison" that knocked my socks off. That is one of the darkest songs I've heard since Pat Benatar's "Hell Is for Children". It transforms Angel Dust who we originally see as being beneath contempt, into a tragic pitiable character.
This show has been such a rollercoaster ride so far. I'm diving headfirst into this series so it's been awesome finding reacters like yourselves.
Whatever it takes is my favourite in context, poison is my favourite out of context.
Something I only just noticed, in Charlie's "Inside of every Demon is a rainbow" song from the pilot, we see Zestial as one of the Sinners she sings to.
Absolutely love poison and loser baby.
Can't count the number if times I've listened to them when they dropped in ep 4.
IM SO HAPPY YOU PUT LOSER, BABY AT THE TOP OF THE LIST😭
The thing with the angel war is that not going to war immediately is smarter(Strategize and let the angels come to them so they get the hometown advantage), and they have no idea that the angels plan to kill them all in less than 6 months
Loser, Baby and Stayed Gone have become my favorites, right before Poison. I absolutely love the ending sequence with Alastor.
There's a small detail people don't notice about Loser, Baby that makes it a masterpiece to me. The song is about dealing with something that's part of you, that you essentially have to endure forever... And the song never resolves, it's left hanging...forever, I'm pretty sure it's the only song in the show that does this too
MY BABYS NO A PORNOSTAR HES THE STAR OF THE WORLD
First: Yaaay, good video. Love the format, love the GUESTer (see it's a pun).
Second: Paranoid DJ has been putting out fan music informed by canon that has yet to be introduced. It started out pretty good, and has become just stellar. One of their earlier songs was recently produced by Vivzie's team as a full-blown music video like Addict (Look My Way). As cool as it was, I would consider it one of their weaker tracks, just for context. Would definitely love to see a reaction to some of the big fan tracks! Besides Paranoid DJ, The Living Tombstone put out "Alastor's Game" which was also a bop.
The old Hazbin cast made a farewell song: "Thank you and goodbye"
Make a video out of it ;)
Neve seen you before but I love the humor and energy. You two are cute! Subscribing and I don't even know what you usual content is lmao. Time to dive XD and I freaking love this show, just watched it and I still can't pick a favorite song
“Happy day in Hell” gives Frozen vibes
I told my partner Charlie sounds like Anna from Frozen lmao
I appreciate the opening number sets up the tone. My boyfriend immediately was turned off since he hates musicals but it won me over 😂
My personal favorite Hazbin Hotel song is "Loser".
I'm not only saying this as someone who has Husk as their favorite Hazbin Hotel character, but just how that song is the definition of tough love and aggressive kindness (The same aggressive kindness Charlie was trying to do to Valentino but failed miserably).
The song sounds so good and beautiful, and I absolutely love Husk's singing and regular voice! Additionally, the music was a *BOP* , and the first part of the song did a great job into tricking people that Husk was just going to diss Angel and make fun of him, but the second half showed people that he cares about Angel and was trying to tell him that they're both losers, and he's not alone in being one.
Keith David is doing a spectacular job voicing and singing as Husk, and imo is better than the person who voiced Husk in the pilot (But the guy who voiced Husk in the pilot was really good, but Keith David is kinda better)
All those years ago when I saw the pilot I was a big Husk fan already, but now?
I'm an even *BIGGER* Husk fan!
I love poison because it’s one of those songs where you’re bopping to it and then right at the end, you start crying
13:37 the image of Charlie in the corner is the *va* of Charlie after they watch the verbalase video
Every time I hear that line “wish I had something to live for tomorrow” it hits me in the gut cause I’ve said that line to myself a lot as I wait to fall asleep.
I adore all of angels songs they are all so fun but also so damn emotional, cant wait till you hear the new episodes ~ Cheri is definitely not written out
Loser baby is really my favorite song in this show, or even in general, i’ve been listening to it on repeat for the past days!
I actually learned the dance he didn't the end when he was on a stage!
It's pretty easy once you know the moves and the timing!
Of the song Poison
I love how that the songs stile in the show is changing and not constant like somebody make it up in the spot and its make itt unice and give a lot of personality❤
Really glad you did this - it was awesome. Would you consider doing something similar for Helluva Boss (unless you have and I've missed it in which case - ignore me!)?
For me the top 5 would probably be:
- Loser Baby
- Hell is forever
- Stayed Gone
- Respectless
- Whatever it takes.
I love the Pilot but they're probably at the bottom for me in terms of songs but that's maybe just because I like the singing voices more, in general, in the Amazon series.
"Hell is Forever".
Already one of the best villain songs this year, and it's only January!
It Starts With SOrry works because its Hell, and a simple actionable message of hope means so much more than: "Trolls 88 Thousand says, apologize to people!"
When you meet Charlie's dad
When you meet heaven
When you go to heaven's courtroom
What i like about "It starts with Sorry"
Is that you can see the exact moment Charlie changes Pentiois's heart
And he remains changed till the end
It's like jamack and Kippo fromcKippo and the age of Wonderbeasts
I love Loser Baby HazBin Hotel
I love how all angles songs are s-tier
Dude I keep seeing world's best dad so much AND I LOVE IT
Great video!
I mostly agree with the list!
Bro "it starts with sorry" husk and alastor must have been like it's 5 in the f***ing morning stfu Charlie 💀💀
omg the fact that you talk about alex britghtman!!! my favorite musical is BEETLEJUICE and Alex is everything thats ok in this life, so, i admire the fact that you know him! so, im so glad about it!, and when i hear the song i recognize the voice and pum, prime video interfaz show me his name and boom! my fav song of the show with "you didn't know" but this one is from this week so did not exist to this ranking :v
A lovely cute hello🙋♂️, and a warm welcome👋!
Great reaction and ranking of the songs🌞👍💯
Thanks
Adore Respectless, top song vied for first place with Vox and Alistor's song.
Cant say which like best🙃😅 both are awesome beyond words hah
Addict is absolute top overall though!!
I would move the original intro down one due to the fact that the visuals from the beginning were so vague that it takes till the interview at the news station to catch onto what is going on. There were a lot of people who even then didn't really get it.
I also don't think it's comparable to Happy Day in Hell since its job is to showcase the extermination and explain Charlies state of mind whereas Happy day in hell is more of a standard "I want" song that discusses what her goals actually are.
I pretty much agree with ya, only big thing I'd personally change is putting Respectless somewhere in S-teir (probably behind Loser, Baby and maybe Stayed Gone, Respectless and Stayed Gone are basically fighting to be my second fav in my mind out of this list of songs lol)
Can I just say...... One of my greatest hopes is that this somehow gets adapted to broadway because some of these songs live would be absolutely ridiculous
I give this tier list a 6/10, Stayed gone should be in C-B, respectless in A, Whatever it takes in S the vocals are so beautiful and the message so strong.
I agree with you so much with loser baby. That song is my favorite out of all of them. It’s like one of those songs that will make you laugh so much like I mean it’s telling the truth about you and it’s a freaking bop.
Hm, Part 1, huh? That’s fair, especially since we are only halfway through the Season currently, I will look forward to Part 2.
By the way, have you done something similar with all of the Helluva Boss Songs too?
Also, here’s an idea, how about Ranking all of the Villain Songs we got in 2023?
Gotta do the other songs they have toooo xD they got like Hells Greatest Dad , More Than Anything, You Didn’t Know, Etc *^* but good video good video. 👌🏻
Poison works so well because you've got this pulsing 90s synth-pop beat, feels like a club. The lyrics feel like Alice Cooper's song Poison. But darker as he's talking about how much of himself he has lost to all of this, but it's not straight telling you anything. Then you add the completely raw visuals, designed to shock and even sicken you a little and you can't decide if you should like this song or hate it. And then Angel goes in 1 sentence from extremely confident and powerful, his persona, to completely broken and damaged so badly he has no hope of every getting out or not hating himself. And just like the ending to Addict it becomes a massive plot piece. A banger. And utterly tragic all at once.
adam is like a person who u hate but love when he is on the screen bc hes very funny
im not preputaly online but i watched this and im so happy that my fav song is also your fav its sooooo good
The accuracy of the Blitzø response was so perfect at the beginning there hahaha
I think context from the show is also super important
Bravo, baby. I've been repeating Loser like 5 times a day
Happy Day in Hell is the first song from Beauty and the Beast. Belle walking through town talking about the village and people. They're all singing their own stuff around her. Viv loves Disney and you can see its influence all over the show. Especially in the music.
16:43 yeah when it comes to Vox, Alistor so nonchalant about it and Vox doesn’t like the indifference
Poison is my favorite
I mean, "It starts with Sorry" is the summary of how Charlie sees Redemption would work.
It even makes logical sense, that one has to be sorry and genuinly ask for forgiveness to then become a better person.
I hope you decide to redo this list with the new songs included. Especially “More Than Anything” as it brings me to tears literally everytime I hear it
i love that you said poison gave you toxic vibes because the actor for angel dust sang toxic for his singing audition
The voice of Alastor during the Pilot is BlackGryphon an Amazing Singer and Impressionist that actually was on AGT and got past the First round. I love his voice
Youre gonna have to update this now because Hells greatest dad is another level of awesomeness
"so where would you put respectless?"
"Probably b or c tier"
Me : W H A T D I D Y O U S A Y
9:05 I'm glad you brought this up cuz this is one of the first things I noticed, the pilot definitely had a similar tone to helluva boss and even it's modern incarnation (season 2+(hopefully+)). However, it seems like has been hotel definitely tone down some of the crass comedy tone. However I do feel like it's narrative is more central to its story compared to a show like helluva boss where character development is almost more important than driving the plot
"wow it was great, there you happy"
Me: yes thank you
Of the important characters we saw in the pilot, only one I believe was intended to not return for the series was Serpentious but then that got changed later and he was brought into the main cast meaning Cherry should show up at some point. Honestly I can’t wait to see how she and Husker get along as both want to help Angel and seem to be the only two to make any progress in that regard
For the most part, I agree with you…but you didn’t do respectless enough justice. I believe it is better than the intro song at least. (I also love both Velvette and Carmilla’s voices so there’s that too but…(
Really Jester's Guy'''s
We' Alll' Love' To See's Reaction' On Video'''s
Is So Fun'' Really Fun'' If We' See's It Too
Man, almost all my attention was on that dog the entire time, i really felt the urge to pet the lil bugger.
The dog literally felt the evil intent in Alastor voice, smart doggo❤
9:23 👀
10:20 trash fire burning
“Hell is forever” reminds me of Beetlejuice’s. Wait…it isn’t just like Beetlejuice it is the voice of Beetlejuice!!🤯 Brightman😎
11:54 *Whistle* love the way that note hit 😎👌🏼
12:43 It slides up to that note and gives me good chills
15:02 and 15:05 the casual response 😂
15:56 Loser and a fossil (ouch😣)
16:24 cloud-chasing mediocre video podcast
17:10 burn. Just burn.
19:52 I was curious where this one would end up🤔
Also is insane part of Hazbin/ did it come after this tier video?
Thank you for introducing me to “hell is forever!”
I love the reacting jumpy twink on the left so much 🥺🥰🥳🥳
My personal favorite was whatever it takes to
cherry is coming in ep 6 i believe.
My favourite thing about the Loser Baby song is that you expect Husk to say that Angel is wrong and not a loser but when he says "you're correct" and Angel ying "what?" And being confuaed initially makes the song amazing and also changes the dynamic because Angel starts to see that Husk sees him for who he is
While Adams Song is great, i do take issue with it's placement in the Show.
He clearly says that overpopulation isn't the problem, they kill for the fun of it. And that they will never let sinners enter Heaven. Plus Charlies narration saying they exterminate to keep Heaven in power. Charlies redemption plan kinda falls apart.
I hope it makes you guys feel better knowing that the pilot and Addict is still canon. We did see Cherri Bomb in a trailer, she probably isn’t around since not helpful to redeeming Angel especially after pulling him into a terf war.
Chasing Rainbows always makes me think of the musical number fromt he game Saint Row: Gat out of Hell.
I'm also a HUGE Jazz fan and Alastor's songs are by far my favorites. The only song that comes close to meeting them are Angel Dust's (Addicted and Poison) and I'd argue that "Hell Is Forever" is a little better than all of them.
BTW, the voice of Adam is also the guy who played Beetlejuice in the Broadway musical's initial run.
My fav songs are like stayed gone, loser baby, and hells greatest dad and respectless
You guys might need to do an update because of the new songs, but this list was accurate, I think the only one I would change is respectless should be A tier for the instrumental and story turn it provides
We have 2 more out already ;) we may have even updated Respectless
