    Very simple but effective! :)
I'm using the vice instead of hammer.
    Thank you.

Great for one battery connection but for battery banks and its connections I would not use solder. It can melt off and cause a short if it is in a tight space. High Voltage applications its always avoided when possible for best practice and sanding your terminals smooth gets rid of possible arc points. I was looking to find a quick method to make these. I really need a arbor press lol

Hey man, well done. I’ve watched a bunch of these as I’m doing a project where this would be helpful and your production showed the most correct approach to this. It was the simple stuff like center punching the lug for the terminal hole for instance…. I watched others just free hand it and their holes were off center as a result. Thanks for this production.

Have you ever wondered how they make copper lug terminals? It's quite an easy process. What are some things you've always thought about making in your spare time? I'd love to hear from you in the comments. Cheers!

You do realize your tube cutter had a hidden point reamer to open the pipe back up after cutting

Thumbs up on eutectic solder. I am not sure how much you need it on a terminal. It is intended to solder components to boards and it has no "plastic" state. Eutectic solder goes from liquid to solid. The advantage is you will not get s cold solder joint if you move the component while it is cooling. Nice work!

That sure will work but what about durability? These are not durable enough. There is a reason why people are making them professionally.
But I feel $7 is an absurd price for that. Why don't you import from India? Professionally made. We manufacture them at export grades for that price. Message if you want to know more.
