How to make this fried chicken is a little different from the KFC style fried chicken. This is the initial process of cooking it first, I think it's quicker than the usual fried chicken recipe and the seasonings seep into the chicken faster. THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST RECIPE EVER! my 6yo usually hates fry chicken like these but I got him to try this and he loved it so much that it's now on our Sunday meal plan. I didn't have soy sauce so I used worchestershire sauce, I skipped chilli powder and black pepper, I had no ginger powder so I boiled my chicken with bay leaves and herbs I usually use for chicken or pork. And the CRUNCH...THAT CRUNCH was on another level, my 6yo said it was better then kfc so thank you for sharing your recipe, I have spread the word to my family and friends that they need to see your vid and try it for themselves.
