Raw broccoli is better than candy. Once you get the taste of it, it's heavenly! Thank God for our food, His goodness is never ending. Our genetics load the gun and our lifestyles pull the trigger. We can live a long healthy life by eating the way God designed us to eat. We may all die but we can die healthy.

I haven’t ate pork since 1997, after those seminars like this one. A thought I added is, ham is salty and pigs 🐖 don’t sweat; so where is that salty sweat going? Ewww! In adding: refraining from eating pork does not make me holy: but it makes me more healthy. “Jesus Christ” [is] the “One and Only to bring us salvation.”

I truly believe the importance of the clean and unclean. So many inn our church ignore,n and or justify the scripture on this matter. When I was a kid my parents could not understand why I would not eat m at etc. God programmed me with this particular scripture in me
I don’t think we were meant to eat anything that requires heat to make it palatable or chewable. I also think SDAs are eating too many heavily sauced veggie dishes. Not to mention those salty Loma Linda products! I feel my best when I eat mostly fruit! In fact it wasn’t until after sin that God specifically mention herbs for food.
@@rayhchc6451 everything you mentioned can be eaten raw but aren’t needed for nutrition. Adam and Eve never used wood fire. We can live full healthy lives by eating things that are edible straight from the tree!

I’m new to the faith, but I’ve been vegetarian for six years. I have never once looked back, and made the choice because I love animals and couldn’t stomach the cruel and disgusting practices it took to get from factory farm to plate. Between chemically cleaning meat and beating animals senseless, I had already struggled as a child with the idea from the age of 7, and was finally allowed after being deeply obnoxious at age 12 to become vegetarian. It’s taught me to cook healthy, provide for myself and understand the processes of where my meals come from. If I have any advice for people making a change, learn recipes. Learn alternatives you can swap in and out. Take things in steps. Don’t begin with complicated recipes that rely on lots of prep and fancy ingredients. Learn how to take a few veggies or legumes and make them into a wide array of meals. You will succeed if you keep trying
Jack LaLanne was a personal friend of mine (and so is his wife Elaine today). Jack’s mother was a devout Seventh-day Adventist and raised him that way in his early years. Jack did some time attending school at Golden Gate Academy before transferring to a public high school so that he could go into competitive sports. He would often go to Pacific Union College to work. with the tumbling team, go into the boys dorm and show him all his muscles. You should have Elaine go on your show or interview her. She is one of my closest friends.
I was doing all that from teens to about age 28, found this message, surrendered it to the LORD, and He set me free. 40 plus years clean and sober, only by the grace of Gods saving grace! He can save anybody if he saved me.

I heard from my cousin that is not forbidden today you can eat pork . That was true only in the Old Testament in the Bible . The number one thing that is a forbidden 🍖 meat is P- O - R - K !! That’s true but some of it is lower in calories than other parts of pork !! Thank you for this message !! I rather have venison , 🐻 bear , pheasant and very lean beef 🥩 !!
I have a few words of encouragement in the midst of what's going on. It might sound wierd, but it is for real and I thought that it would be important to say it. Its long because I've tried to and any faqs! Hopefully this will answer some of those nagging questions - Why can't evil be forgiven and let off, how is the whole "Jesus dying" thing really relevant to anything? To you? if you still have any questions let me know x Do you ever struggle? Or doubt that God Loves You After what you've done? Do you wonder if He even exists for that matter? Read this: Every one of us have lied, stolen (even tiny things count as stealing), spoken badly to our parents and had embarrassing and detestable thoughts in our thought life. The Bible calls this "sin", the breaking of God's laws. You might think, so what? Everyone lies and thinks bad things about others! Its human! You're right. That's exactly what the Bible says, we're "born into sin" and that "all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God" - Romans 3:23 What is that "glory", morally speaking? Well, the opposite of human nature and desires. Not lying, not stealing, and having a perfect thought life is God's standard for us. But if its God's standard and we were made in "God's image", Why don't we meet it? Well, Remember Adam and Eve and when they sinned. Before sin they were perfect in thought word and DEED completely, but after the first sin occured due to Satan's tempting in the Garden, it destroyed that part of us that was morally perfect and in perfect harmony with God's morals, standard, and love. So while we kept certain things, the ability to be thinking individuals with unique personalities, the moral part (affecting how our thoughts, actions and personalities operate) was damaged. To the point where we are "opposed" to God, hence His nature and standards being the opposite of what we see as reasonable or possible. The Bible even makes it clear that "apart from God you can do nothing" - John 15:5. Without Him, it will 100% feel "opposite", unreasonable and alien to us. Only WITH Him can we gain victory in these things. Why doesn't God just let sin off and leave it? The Bible describes God as a "righteous judge", many wonder why God doesn't just let sin off and leave it, but He can't. Why? That's like a if a judge let off a murderer who broke the state law. Everyone would attack that judge and call Him corrupt, saying that he had not done right and should be fired for failing to punish the murderer for his evil. AND to completely love and be good as God is, means you need to, in turn, hate all forms of evil. You can't truly love good unless you hate the existence of evil. This means that God needed, as a righteous judge to punish sin with the ultimate penalty of death - expressing His hatred of evil - and separation from His presence forever. Hence Hell. "The soul that sins shall die (in Hell and suffer damnation)" - Ezekiel 18:20 But God, who is also love, did not want to see His creation tortured and cut off from Him. He cares so much for is that He couldn't bear to see us fall into Satans hands and suffer death, even though we broke the law and deserve to bear the guilt, pain and be cut off from perfection forever through damnation. Because of justice, God could not leave sin and evil unpunished, BUT because of LOVE, God provided someone else to take that punishment on our behalf, satisfying both justice (by punishing the evil committed), and love (by sparing OUR lives) despite our sin. God sent His own SON - think about that. His *Son*, the one whom He loved infinitely (the same way He loves us). God allowed Him to take the pain we deserved, He took ALL of Gods wrath for every single sin you and I have committed. He was punished brutally and completely as if He was the picture of mankind's sin itself so that we do not have to be punished. Back in the courtroom scenario: He paid the "fine" at His own expense (His life had to be morally perfect on this Earth, then He had to be killed as a sinless sacrifice on our behalf). So when He returns to remove all evil from the face of the Earth, we can be spared and free because Christ has already BEEN punished on our behalf. He then rose again on the third day, conquering not only life and sin and temptation, but DEATH. "I am the resurrection and the life: he that believeth in Me, though he were dead, yet shall he live (immortally and eternally in Heaven when I return)" - John 11:25,26 ALL we have to do is accept it by faith. Faith alone in Christ alone. Religion = rules to be saved The gospel = Christ saved us already we just have to believe it by faith. If you lack faith (as I did before), pray. He will make it strong it time. Trust Him as you would trust those close to you. He knows you even better than that. He created you and knows you inside out. ...WHAT HAPPENS NEXT? What does it actually mean for us? It means we can be completely free from the penalty of damnation. Not only that but we can be restored to Him and recreated into His moral image AGAIN as long as we accept Jesus having paid the price for us and accept Him as our Lord, the one who is in the front seat of our lives. He has a plan for your life, He's created you for a purpose. Just remember that. A purpose that includes being recreated into His image, one you can only accomplish through Him and reliance on His power and by following HIS way of life. What does this new way of life entail? It entails love, true love and service and aid to others, to "love God with all your heart, soul, mind and strength" and "love your neighbour as you love yourself" Matthew 22:37, 39. Sharing the message of Christ's death, resurrection and soon return on this Earth to give justice OR mercy depending on what the person chose. Sound "opposite" again? God knows it sounds opposite, which is why, as The Bible states, this is NOT something we can do alone. It's not in our nature. We need a new nature in the front seat, and the first step is to repent (turn from and reject our sin, pursuing the opposite direction and drawing close to God) Christ will give us an actual DESIRE to do these things. Through the Holy Spirit, sent by Him to us after the ascension. He speaks to us through thoughts of love and truth and conviction, verses, ideas, prayers and He guides us so that we gain a desire to follow God and be able to do these "opposite" things through Him. "With man it is impossible, but with God, NOTHING is impossible!" - Matthew 19:26 What is the way FOR though? Firstly its to save you from sin - the only way to gain victory over sin and not have it as your master is through having Christ as your master and following His aid to resist the devil's temptations. Christ lived down here for 33 years suffering EVERY FORM of temptation that you have ever faced - "who in every respect [has] been tempted as we are, yet without sin" Hebrews 4:15. Therefore He is able to help us through our struggles. When the devil knows people have left his camp, he always tries harder with more temptations and evil attacks. BUT - His way is also there to guard and teach you daily in the midst of this (and despite this) sinful, selfish world. The path He wants you to walk is a path of committment and love - its not about rules and regulations to save us - what Christ did GAVE us salvation. All we need is faith. The rest, the "fruits of good works (the will to obey and follow Him)", are what come through true, maturing faith. It's all about faith and the relationship God wants with you just like before sin arrived. God preferred His own Son to be tortured And *killed* to give a chance to us (who broke His law of perfection) so that we can live as His children again. He wants us to love and trust and worship Him. What if I still find myself sinning after I have accepted Christ? That's why Christ died, For our sin. His death doesn't fix us in a snap like that, but it does protect us from the damnation that our past, present and future sins would bring without Jesus. It's a process - a lifelong process - of God bringing you back to Him, away from the destructive pleasures of sin (greed, selfish temptations, trampling on people to gain). This process takes a *lifetime*, as it does for all, but NEVER give up, when you fall, know Christ paid for that sin you committed already - just acknowledge your sin and ask for forgiveness - and you can get back up again because He already bore your guilt and shame. Regardless of the darkness you are in or the extent or frequency of the sins you have committed or will commit, regardless of how doubtful you may feel, know that Jesus UNDERSTANDS completely and He is faithful. "those who come to Me, I will by no means cast out" - John 6:37 ...HOW DO I LEARN MORE? Don't know where to start? Note down the Gospel of "John", or "Luke" (if you want a more detailed account of it all). Remember that He will "NEVER - and that means never - leave you, NOR forsake you" - Deuteronomy 31:6 Regardless of what goes on down here, God knows, Jesus has been down here and felt all the emotions you are feeling. You can go to Him with them and be assured that He loves you and is for you. Even in the storm, God is still there, walking on the water alongside you! Keep your heart open to Him and remember that if we pray for Christ to enter our lives, He will. "For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only begotten Son, that whomever believes in Him, shall not perish, but have everlasting life". - John 3:16 Thanks for reading if you did. Please read the whole message, even if you’ve been saved. First accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior; confess that He suffered and died for your sins on the cross. Then start repenting of your sins because we all have sinned and transgressed God's laws. Read the received texts like KJV and keep God's 10 Laws which includes Sabbath (resting from Friday Sunset until Saturday Sunset[7th day{Genesis 2:2-3}]). The Bible teaches that thee Antichrist is the Papacy. The mark of the beast is Forced Sunday rest & the banning of Sabbath [7th day] Rest. It takes courage to be in the army of Christ. The battle lines are drawn: you either choose God by keeping Sabbath or Satan by keeping Sunday. We will go through persecution and tribulation and Satan isn’t stupid, don’t underestimate Him; He can transform himself into an angel of light (2 Corinthians 11:14): He won’t be coming in like some angel of darkness and his ministers of darkness will portray themselves as ministers of righteousness. Satan is showing all this evil to then come in as the good guy for you to join in unity in error-but you’ll think you’ll be worshipping God. Satan uses a lot of truth and mixes a little bit of error for your destruction. People will think they’re doing God’s work when they persecute God’s Sabbath keeping people. My brothers and sisters in Christ in the Catholic Church, those in Sunday keeping churches and for people that don’t know Jesus but are looking for the way, the life and truth-please come out of Babylon and repent of your sins before it's too late! But don't trust what I say; read and study the Bible to find out. I know what I said sounds harsh, I’m not trying to be, and I mean this with the upmost respect and kindness towards you and all of God’s beautiful creation of mankind-both in the body of Christ and outside the body of Christ. God bless! Sabbath day was not created for Israel: As God's people they needed to keep His Law's because God chose them. It was created before Israel and it's for all mankind who choose the True Living God, through His only begotten Son Jesus Christ. Us Christians call Jesus King, which He is: A King has laws for His kingdom; 10 Perfect Laws our God created, which includes Sabbath (A day He sanctified, so you can’t say there’s any day of the week to rest with God: The day He set is the seventh day), and are part of His character. So if you choose Sunday rest when it's enforced (Mark of the beast) by the Antichrist (Roman Catholic Papacy-read Daniel 2&7&8 and Revelation 13 for information on the antichrist and the core of Bible Prophecy to understand):you are then breaking our Kings’ Laws. Keeping and resting on Sabbath along with, if you can congregate, always will mean you are choosing God and His authority in your life. Choosing Sunday now, since it hasn't been enforced, means you're knowingly or unknowingly choosing Satan's authority. But many will say, well Paul and the others broke bread on the first day of the week... Yeah you should worship God everyday and break bread with your brothers and sisters in Christ every once in a while, but Sabbath is the day of rest, hallowed and sanctified by God: The Seal to His Laws. The whole Bible says basically if you love God then keep his Commandments. Jesus died on the cross (Grace and Pardon) because we have sinned (transgressed His Law's[1 John 3:4]). So it's all about God's laws and Jesus saving us from our sin (His Sacrifice to pardon us and to save us for the Transgression of Gods’ Laws). Oh and yes, we are free from the Mosaic & Ceremonial laws when He died on the cross, but not God's Laws (Ten Commandments are in Exodus Chapter 20): we still keep them. We are saved by God's grace through faith in Jesus Christ: We keep Gods’ Laws as a consequence of being saved. Love you, God bless. The book of Daniel in the Old Testament is the key to truly understanding the Book of Revelation; make sure to remember that every day in prophecy equals a year (Ezekiel 4:6 & Numbers 14:34). Book of Revelation is a chiasmus {[Looks like this(\/)](\Historical&Eschatological/)}also; this information will help you to understand the makeup of the way Revelation is written, along with The Book of Daniel. Jesus speaks in the ears too. I believe people are scared to hear the voice of God like Deuteronomy chapter 5, that they rather hear their ministers. God is love, and no correction to be set straight by Him who created the ear, mind, body, and soul. We should eat right and be sober, so none can speak against, mocking the men of God as in Acts 2.
You cant actually suggest just veggies they are so covered with chemicals. As so you're water. We all need some salt , sugar and fat , to stay healthy. God bless you !
I became Adventist at 43 years old after growing up Catholic, transitioning to suburban Protestantism and then recently being diagnosed with Stage 4 bone cancer. There are millions of people who participated in behavior that was phenomenally more unhealthy than mine,. What frustrates me is that there are several reasons why I could have been diagnosed with terminal cancer, including childhood trauma, repressed anger and chronic stress; environmental poisons; genetics; etc... however, I'm never asked about any of those concerns- it seems to me that the NEWSTART acronym is nice on paper, but most forget about EWSTART and focus on the N. So, you might as well just call your health message NNNNNNN, because it seems that the overall assumption is that my "perceived and falsely assumed lack of NNNNutrition," caused my cancer. Not only does it flirt with a works based salvation, but it also instills a reaction of false assumptions and judgment about those who are sick and the reasons for their illness.

I used to also. But I like living without those things much more now. It was a little hard for a little while, but I am thankful I heard about this 40 years ago and began to make a lifestyle turnaround by Gods grace and His help. He loves us more than we realize!
Well, its not boasting in my strength, because it's not my strength. But im boasting in the grace and love of Jesus who give us power to overcome when we admit we see our need. I knew I needed to change. I needed His help for drinking, drugs, many harmful things, and He helped me one step at a time. He cares very much for our health. He will make way for us if we want to try a better way.

That's the beauty of these comments, is that we can share our experiences, strength and hope. But the weakness of this format is that we can't see the facial expressions that convey the heart of the person. Why does Paul tell Timothy to drink a little wine for his stomach's sake and for frequent ailments? And why doesn't Paul say anything to the Gentile Christians about eating clean/unclean foods?

“Prove thy servants, I beseech thee, ten days; and let them give us pulse to eat, and water to drink. Then let our countenances be looked upon before thee, and the countenances of the children that eat of the portion of the king's meat and as thou seest, deal with thy servants” (Daniel 1:12-13). Try looking at this chapter in Daniel. I think it will help. Wikipedia says ..."Pulses include beans, lentils and peas." However we know Jesus ate fish along with grains and such. It depends on where you live as to what foods are available. God does not want to starve you or for you to be weak and unhealthy. Ask God and He will guide you!
It is not ok to talk about people like that. Their sin is food. Yours sin is your mouth! They may have been overweight before joining the church. Being skinny isn't a prerequisite to entering the kingdom... loving your brother is 😝
Daniel 1:8 refers to not eating "meat", food from a king that had made them slaves. No where in the Bible does it say not to eat meat. It says that God made the world and all on it for man. For us.

We are vegans, God didn't create animals to be eaten, we will be vegan in heaven. So why is the cafe at my church serving meat? I truly believe the importance of the clean and unclean. So many inn our church ignore,n and or justify the scripture on this matter. When I was a kid my parents could not understand why I would not eat m at etc. God programmed me with this particular scripture in me
I don’t think we were meant to eat anything that requires heat to make it palatable or chewable. I also think SDAs are eating too many heavily sauced veggie dishes. Not to mention those salty Loma Linda products! I feel my best when I eat mostly fruit! In fact it wasn’t until after sin that God specifically mention herbs for food.

I’m new to the faith, but I’ve been vegetarian for six years. I have never once looked back, and made the choice because I love animals and couldn’t stomach the cruel and disgusting practices it took to get from factory farm to plate. Between chemically cleaning meat and beating animals senseless, I had already struggled as a child with the idea from the age of 7, and was finally allowed after being deeply obnoxious at age 12 to become vegetarian. It’s taught me to cook healthy, provide for myself and understand the processes of where my meals come from. If I have any advice for people making a change, learn recipes. Learn alternatives you can swap in and out. Take things in steps. Don’t begin with complicated recipes that rely on lots of prep and fancy ingredients. Learn how to take a few veggies or legumes and make them into a wide array of meals. You will succeed if you keep trying

Do you ever struggle? Or doubt that God Loves You After what you've done? Do you wonder if He even exists for that matter? Read this:
Every one of us have lied, stolen (even tiny things count as stealing), spoken badly to our parents and had embarrassing and detestable thoughts in our thought life. The Bible calls this "sin", the breaking of God's laws. You might think, so what? Everyone lies and thinks bad things about others! Its human!
You're right. That's exactly what the Bible says, we're "born into sin" and that "all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God" - Romans 3:23
What is that "glory", morally speaking?
Well, the opposite of human nature and desires.
Not lying, not stealing, and having a perfect thought life is God's standard for us.
But if its God's standard and we were made in "God's image", Why don't we meet it?
Well, Remember Adam and Eve and when they sinned. Before sin they were perfect in thought word and DEED completely, but after the first sin occured due to Satan's tempting in the Garden, it destroyed that part of us that was morally perfect and in perfect harmony with God's morals, standard, and love. So while we kept certain things, the ability to be thinking individuals with unique personalities, the moral part (affecting how our thoughts, actions and personalities operate) was damaged. To the point where we are "opposed" to God, hence His nature and standards being the opposite of what we see as reasonable or possible. The Bible even makes it clear that "apart from God you can do nothing" - John 15:5. Without Him, it will 100% feel "opposite", unreasonable and alien to us. Only WITH Him can we gain victory in these things.
Why doesn't God just let sin off and leave it?
The Bible describes God as a "righteous judge", many wonder why God doesn't just let sin off and leave it, but He can't. Why? That's like a if a judge let off a
murderer who broke the state law. Everyone would attack that judge and call Him corrupt, saying that he had not done right and should be fired for failing to punish the murderer for his evil. AND to completely love and be good as God is, means you need to, in turn, hate all forms of evil. You can't truly love good unless you hate the existence of evil.
This means that God needed, as a righteous judge to punish sin with the ultimate penalty of death - expressing His hatred of evil - and separation from His presence forever. Hence Hell.
"The soul that sins shall die (in Hell and suffer damnation)" - Ezekiel 18:20
But God, who is also love, did not want to see His creation tortured and cut off from Him. He cares so much for is that He couldn't bear to see us fall into Satans hands and suffer death, even though we broke the law and deserve to bear the guilt, pain and be cut off from perfection forever through damnation.
Because of justice, God could not leave sin and evil unpunished, BUT because of LOVE, God provided someone else to take that punishment on our behalf, satisfying both justice (by punishing the evil committed), and love (by sparing OUR lives) despite our sin.
God sent His own SON - think about that. His *Son*, the one whom He loved infinitely (the same way He loves us).
God allowed Him to take the pain we deserved, He took ALL of Gods wrath for every single sin you and I have committed. He was punished brutally and completely as if He was the picture of mankind's sin itself so that we do not have to be punished.
Back in the courtroom scenario: He paid the "fine" at His own expense (His life had to be morally perfect on this Earth, then He had to be killed as a sinless sacrifice on our behalf).
So when He returns to remove all evil from the face of the Earth, we can be spared and free because Christ has already BEEN punished on our behalf. He then rose again on the third day, conquering not only life and sin and temptation, but DEATH.
"I am the resurrection and the life: he that believeth in Me, though he were dead, yet shall he live (immortally and eternally in Heaven when I return)" - John 11:25,26
ALL we have to do is accept it by faith. Faith alone in Christ alone.
Religion = rules to be saved
The gospel = Christ saved us already we just have to believe it by faith. If you lack faith (as I did before), pray. He will make it strong it time. Trust Him as you would trust those close to you. He knows you even better than that. He created you and knows you inside out.
...WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
What does it actually mean for us?
It means we can be completely free from the penalty of damnation.
Not only that but we can be restored to Him and recreated into His moral image AGAIN as long as we accept Jesus having paid the price for us and accept Him as our Lord, the one who is in the front seat of our lives. He has a plan for your life, He's created you for a purpose. Just remember that. A purpose that includes being recreated into His image, one you can only accomplish through Him and reliance on His power and by following HIS way of life.
What does this new way of life entail?
It entails love, true love and service and aid to others, to "love God with all your heart, soul, mind and strength" and "love your neighbour as you love yourself" Matthew 22:37, 39.
Sharing the message of Christ's death, resurrection and soon return on this Earth to give justice OR mercy depending on what the person chose.
Sound "opposite" again?
God knows it sounds opposite, which is why, as The Bible states, this is NOT something we can do alone. It's not in our nature.
We need a new nature in the front seat, and the first step is to repent (turn from and reject our sin, pursuing the opposite direction and drawing close to God)
Christ will give us an actual DESIRE to do these things. Through the Holy Spirit, sent by Him to us after the ascension. He speaks to us through thoughts of love and truth and conviction, verses, ideas, prayers and He guides us so that we gain a desire to follow God and be able to do these "opposite" things through Him.
"With man it is impossible, but with God, NOTHING is impossible!" - Matthew 19:26
What is the way FOR though?
Firstly its to save you from sin - the only way to gain victory over sin and not have it as your master is through having Christ as your master and following His aid to resist the devil's temptations.
Christ lived down here for 33 years suffering EVERY FORM of temptation that you have ever faced - "who in every respect [has] been tempted as we are, yet without sin" Hebrews 4:15.
Therefore He is able to help us through our struggles. When the devil knows people have left his camp, he always tries harder with more temptations and evil attacks. BUT - His way is also there to guard and teach you daily in the midst of this (and despite this) sinful, selfish world.
The path He wants you to walk is a path of committment and love - its not about rules and regulations to save us - what Christ did GAVE us salvation.
All we need is faith.
The rest, the "fruits of good works (the will to obey and follow Him)", are what come through true, maturing faith. It's all about faith and the relationship God wants with you just like before sin arrived.
God preferred His own Son to be tortured And *killed* to give a chance to us (who broke His law of perfection) so that we can live as His children again. He wants us to love and trust and worship Him.
What if I still find myself sinning after I have accepted Christ?
That's why Christ died, For our sin. His death doesn't fix us in a snap like that, but it does protect us from the damnation that our past, present and future sins would bring without Jesus.
It's a process - a lifelong process - of God bringing you back to Him, away from the destructive pleasures of sin (greed, selfish temptations, trampling on people to gain). This process takes a *lifetime*, as it does for all, but NEVER give up, when you fall, know Christ paid for that sin you committed already - just acknowledge your sin and ask for forgiveness - and you can get back up again because He already bore your guilt and shame.
Regardless of the darkness you are in or the extent or frequency of the sins you have committed or will commit, regardless of how doubtful you may feel, know that Jesus UNDERSTANDS completely and He is faithful.
"those who come to Me, I will by no means cast out" - John 6:37

Don't know where to start?
Note down the Gospel of "John", or "Luke" (if you want a more detailed account of it all).
Remember that He will "NEVER - and that means never - leave you, NOR forsake you" - Deuteronomy 31:6
Regardless of what goes on down here, God knows, Jesus has been down here and felt all the emotions you are feeling.
You can go to Him with them and be assured that He loves you and is for you.
Even in the storm, God is still there, walking on the water alongside you!
Keep your heart open to Him and remember that if we pray for Christ to enter our lives, He will.
"For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only begotten Son, that whomever believes in Him, shall not perish, but have everlasting life". - John 3:16

First accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior; confess that He suffered and died for your sins on the cross. Then start repenting of your sins because we all have sinned and transgressed God's laws. Read the received texts like KJV and keep God's 10 Laws which includes Sabbath (resting from Friday Sunset until Saturday Sunset[7th day{Genesis 2:2-3}]). The Bible teaches that thee Antichrist is the Papacy. The mark of the beast is Forced Sunday rest & the banning of Sabbath [7th day] Rest. It takes courage to be in the army of Christ. The battle lines are drawn: you either choose God by keeping Sabbath or Satan by keeping Sunday. We will go through persecution and tribulation and Satan isn’t stupid, don’t underestimate Him; He can transform himself into an angel of light (2 Corinthians 11:14): He won’t be coming in like some angel of darkness and his ministers of darkness will portray themselves as ministers of righteousness. Satan is showing all this evil to then come in as the good guy for you to join in unity in error-but you’ll think you’ll be worshipping God. Satan uses a lot of truth and mixes a little bit of error for your destruction. People will think they’re doing God’s work when they persecute God’s Sabbath keeping people. My brothers and sisters in Christ in the Catholic Church, those in Sunday keeping churches and for people that don’t know Jesus but are looking for the way, the life and truth-please come out of Babylon and repent of your sins before it's too late! But don't trust what I say; read and study the Bible to find out. I know what I said sounds harsh, I’m not trying to be, and I mean this with the upmost respect and kindness towards you and all of God’s beautiful creation of mankind-both in the body of Christ and outside the body of Christ. Sabbath day was not created for Israel: As God's people they needed to keep His Law's because God chose them. It was created before Israel and it's for all mankind who choose the True Living God, through His only begotten Son Jesus Christ. Us Christians call Jesus King, which He is: A King has laws for His kingdom; 10 Perfect Laws our God created, which includes Sabbath (A day He sanctified, so you can’t say there’s any day of the week to rest with God: The day He set is the seventh day), and are part of His character. So if you choose Sunday rest when it's enforced (Mark of the beast) by the Antichrist (Roman Catholic Papacy-read Daniel 2&7&8 and Revelation 13 for information on the antichrist and the core of Bible Prophecy to understand):you are then breaking our Kings’ Laws. Keeping and resting on Sabbath along with, if you can congregate, always will mean you are choosing God and His authority in your life. Choosing Sunday now, since it hasn't been enforced, means you're knowingly or unknowingly choosing Satan's authority. But many will say, well Paul and the others broke bread on the first day of the week... Yeah you should worship God everyday and break bread with your brothers and sisters in Christ every once in a while, but Sabbath is the day of rest, hallowed and sanctified by God: The Seal to His Laws. The whole Bible says basically if you love God then keep his Commandments. Jesus died on the cross (Grace and Pardon) because we have sinned (transgressed His Law's[1 John 3:4]). So it's all about God's laws and Jesus saving us from our sin (His Sacrifice to pardon us and to save us for the Transgression of Gods’ Laws). Oh and yes, we are free from the Mosaic & Ceremonial laws when He died on the cross, but not God's Laws (Ten Commandments are in Exodus Chapter 20): we still keep them. We are saved by God's grace through faith in Jesus Christ: We keep Gods’ Laws as a consequence of being saved. Love you, God bless.
The book of Daniel in the Old Testament is the key to truly understanding the Book of Revelation; make sure to remember that every day in prophecy equals a year (Ezekiel 4:6 & Numbers 14:34). Jesus speaks in the ears too. I believe people are scared to hear the voice of God like Deuteronomy chapter 5, that they rather hear their ministers. God is love, and no correction to be set straight by Him who created the ear, mind, body, and soul. We should eat right and be sober, so none can speak against, mocking the men of God as in Acts 2.

I became Adventist at 43 years old after growing up Catholic, transitioning to suburban Protestantism and then recently being diagnosed with Stage 4 bone cancer. There are millions of people who participated in behavior that was phenomenally more unhealthy than mine,. What frustrates me is that there are several reasons why I could have been diagnosed with terminal cancer, including childhood trauma, repressed anger and chronic stress; environmental poisons; genetics; etc... however, I'm never asked about any of those concerns- it seems to me that the NEWSTART acronym is nice on paper, but most forget about EWSTART and focus on the N. So, you might as well just call your health message NNNNNNN, because it seems that the overall assumption is that my "perceived and falsely assumed lack of NNNNutrition," caused my cancer. Not only does it flirt with a works based salvation, but it also instills a reaction of false assumptions and judgment about those who are sick and the reasons for their illness.

I knew I needed to change. I needed His help for drinking, drugs, many harmful things, and He helped me one step at a time. He cares very much for our health. Honey, all im doing is commenting to your comments, like if we were sitting down visiting and sharing our viewpoint. That's the beauty of these comments, is that we can share our experiences, strength and hope.
But the weakness of this format is that we can't see the facial expressions that convey the heart of the person. If u and I were sitting down sharing a nice cup of herb tea, and visiting, we could laugh, and chat about day to day things, and even share our heart on important topics. And have an enjoyable time.
That's the calm atmosphere I think everyone needs to be able to experience in these times, and there's far too little of it.

No one is saying that you can't eat meat. It is simply healthier to not eat it. But this is not a salvational issue
“Prove thy servants, I beseech thee, ten days; and let them give us pulse to eat, and water to drink. Then let our countenances be looked upon before thee, and the countenances of the children that eat of the portion of the king's meat and as thou seest, deal with thy servants” (Daniel 1:12-13). Try looking at this chapter in Daniel. I think it will help. Wikipedia says ..."Pulses include beans, lentils and peas." However we know Jesus ate fish along with grains and such. It depends on where you live as to what foods are available. God does not want to starve you or for you to be weak and unhealthy. Ask God and He will guide you!

Daniel 1:8 refers to not eating "meat", food from a king that had made them slaves. No where in the Bible does it say not to eat meat. It says that God made the world and all on it for man. For us.
These verses talks about God words that he had spoken to Noah in Deut 14, Lev 11 , Gen 7 v2 his words sanctified it already so you praying will not change God nor his word ECC 3 v 14

so sick of having this argument with Sevies, including those in my family. The 'its ok to eat clean meats' or 'Jesus ate fish' arguments. We are vegans, God didn't create animals to be eaten, we will be vegan in heaven. So why is the cafe at my church serving meat? Why does the church I grew up in allow only vegetarian foods at the basket lunches on a sabbath afternoon? If its ok to eat meat, why aren't you bringing meat to church luncheons then? Christians should be nice people and not support the horrific meat industry. It's this hypocrisy that turned my husband off the church!
