The low sai are better if you know your enemy has someone that has a semigood mid-high fast projectile, or subzero's projectile, since lowsai is pretty fast and will drop Mileena down. Other wise that, using the normal version is better.
it also has a bleeding effect if it punishes a high projectile, at least if I remember how the low sai kb works.

low sai takes a while to start up so i don’t prefer it 🥲

As a competitive and casual mileena player, her drawbacks are vastly outweighed by her abilities and combat capabilities.
Granted, I've been playing with her for several years so I know how to optimize her gameplay but she is a solid character once you get to know her kit and everything!

How do you get so good at the game I have been practicing a lot but I am still not good
You’ll definitely get better! I started playing Street Fighter 5 to help with frame trapping, punishing, and overall reaction time.
How you get good at MK11
*PRACTICE MODE FOR HOURS*
Work on combos, block / hit stun mechanics, then set the AI to hard and get to practice practice practice
First two players - mashing random d2 like crazy!! D2 on hit, D2 on wake up, D2 on block.... And all 3 of the oponents in the video - jumping like idiots and random fatal blows. The online world of NRS in a nutshell.

Mileena is so bad it's not even funny this game. So many of her options either don't work like they should or leave her open to a punish. she's basically one of if not the worse character.
She’s literally won tournaments lol she’s definitely viable if you know what you’re doing
