Thank you for this explanation! I am grateful to understand enmeshment more and more, but I need a clear path to recovery. I have been overwhelmed by research and I haven’t made progress in my own healing. What would be the first steps in the right direction?
@@Wendy-Williams-NC for me it’s enmeshment with my father, and my mother as well but that was a little later in life. I recently left another abusive relationship with an angry, controlling man. So I am really focused on my healing journey now.
