- We are living in this day and age where the standards have just been lowered so much. We shared some of the things and habits we as Christians need to stop normalizing. Which habit do you agree with?

Oba to him I looked like someone he'd start kissing and have a happy ending with just fwaaaaaaaa... I borrowed money from him and I've not paid it to this day!!! being someone that has been taken advantage of alot of times, I was so annoyed!!! I felt he deserved it
Imagine someone begging you for money only for you to start begging them to pay you back.

Thank you for sharing. If you are ever in doubt about what is right or wrong that has no clear instruction in the Bible; ask yourself if whatever you are doing is glorifying God. Let that set the standard.
For mental health, we can not tell people how to feel but let us not use whatever we are facing to be horrible to others. Mental health or any other situation should not be used as a weapon against others.
Nobody is beyond rebuke, when the Bible says do not judge, put it into context. Judging and correction are two different things. Judging is basically pointing out the wrong things and not even giving a solution.
About help or delegation; If we read the Bible we will see that all families had helpers, house managers, or as you have coined it; purpose enablers. Let us stop normalising reading partial scripture, read the whole chapter, and not pick out a specific portion that aids only what we want and leave out the rest of the needed instructions.
In this world indeed we need God at the center to guide amidst this challenging era.

As a mental health professional, I agree. When these issues are romanticised, it takes away the seriousness from those that are genuinely struggling because then everyone else starts to think they are part of the bandwagon. So they become afraid to actually seek professional help. If you think you are struggling, seek professional help. If you think mental health services are expensive, utilise Butabika hospital; you do not have to have undressed first to go there

Mental health issues...very sensitive indeed but we need to tell the truth in love. The other thing that people say is that they are ''OCD''...undiagnosed, yet there are people that are really struggling with it bambi.

In the west speaking from experience I live here it’s difficult to raise a child by yourself. If your partner is supportive raise that child first then if u can extend that do for later but it’s harder unless you’re a single mum.
