Yoo finally someone respects Machinas Im currently on a more pure build No scrap engine but the lv8 machinas(2 airader 1 irradiator) and 3 skill drains mained over D barrier Also play 3 fortress card just floors boards, fortress citadel loop under drain is busted and u always have discard fodder if u run the lv8s Also since u rely on extra even less I just play 3 extrav( baits ash so your redeployment resolves a lot more) and max out on zeus, gear gigant x and some link 2 machines From my pote testing splight are quite manageable since they just cant deal with multiple big bodies plus drain Tears are iffy, depends how lucky they get lul Ive had most problems with stuff like dinomorphias and exosisters really cause they play some high impact traps but that's where the side comes in
Oh trueee, the deck is really powerful under skill drain (unfortunately I don’t own 3 rn so I’ll have to pick those up lol). Also yeah fortress, especially with skill drain up, is insanely powerful and is your out to problem cards like zombie world and other floodgates so maxing out on it is nice. I like it at 2 in my build just bc it’s searchable and since I’m not running the lvl 8’s it’s much harder to find the resources for it every turn. But overall that build is really powerful as well. I do like having scrap combo tho for easy otk’s on my follow-up, since gear gigant and metalcruncher can search it for turn 3.

@@jackedygo797 Yeah I tried playing D/D/D in the recent extravaganza and it didn't go well. A lot of matchups were unfavorable and hard to win honestly.
Love Machinas
Deck fairs well against most meta decks, it just needs more consistency
It's actually the best deck. Consistency is nuts what with 18 cards being lethal Combos by themselves

Machina is the best deck if you use a couple engines with it. Ancient Gears and Therions help out both the Scraps and the Machinas.

In the meta right now, machina has more favourable matchups, so I’d have to go with machina for now (D/D/D still best deck tho 💪)
