This actually helped me a lot. In the previous two MLB The Show games, I've seen these Quests and it reminds me of the board game RISK, which is it favorite past time playing. However, I didn't know how to play the Quests properly. So thanks for the quick rundown.

@@Metskinsdo not put it in the season 1 collection unless you know 100% that is the card you want, because I got arenado and put him in the s1 collection collection and now I can’t exchange him. Just a heads up

So I work 2nd shift so I get out of work around 12:30am on Friday. I Decided to not go to sleep into Saturday. I finished the TA east program and the map. Took me another 5 hours to complete the entire US conquest map (I went left to right on the map, not sure if that's the fastest but nice tip is the Dodgers don't use shohei as a DH he just pitches)
I used kodai senga for about 80% of the conquest games, and didn't bother taking him out cuz stamina doesn't necessarily matter in conquest at least (it does matter in mini seasons) and now I'm at 5k pxp on senga so hoping to get p5 tonight.
Also make sure to take Billy Wagner for nl east TA first, 3 innings for 10K xp, you essentially throw with Billy for 10 of the conquest games and you'll finish the nl east program. In the actual reward path I'm around 80k xp, and I got a show pack out of my millionaire pack.

I just made the jump from beginner to rookie. I’m brand new to the game and struggle with patience at the plate. What exactly changes as you go up in difficulty? Just the pitch speed, or does it make contact quality harder to achieve too?

We will spend none, and just by playing get a lot of S1 cards and get the collections done with it. Theres a lotta content to be had!
The buxton captain boost makes cards so great. JD Martinez is an amazing DH. Gold Willi Castro is amazing. And this Dylan Crews is great already but wjth the boosts he's a top card to have.
Edit+update: the collecting and exchanging the captain cards is patched, i believe. just tried to do it and it just makes it so you can't ever exchange your captain again.
you def need to pick the closers first in the TA's with closers as bosses, they have a repeatable mission where you just need to pitch 3 innings with them
I was one that thought the Cornerstone glitch was patched, but it's not. You have to make sure the player you're exchanging is not in any lineup in DD. That's the mistake I made, he was in a secondary lineup I had created.
Loving that tip about playing all star even if you are struggling on veteran, im feeling improved already. Great episode!

Absurdly fast way to do two of the Team affinity’s I think it’s NL East and AL West, there’s a repeatable innings pitched challenege for only 3 innings with the boss relievers. It’s 10k program points! Just start the reliever in your conquest games and leave him in for all 3 innings. It’s SO fast.
I haven’t been able to play too much but i finished one TA conquest and got Tatis out of one of the packs! Not the best but great start.

For team affinity you should take a pitcher as the first player at 60k because there is a repeatable mission to pitch 2 innings online and you get 15K XP!!!! It’s insane and so easy, you can do it in events and then finish team affinity so easily after you get the first 60k

Always choose reliever bosses because they only require 3 innings pitched to unlock for xp...literally unlocked the nl east with Wagner in 2 hours just pitching him 3 inning games

Right now I’m playing quite a bit. Being behind where I’m at or infront of where I’m at is not a big deal, you can pick and choose what you grind. The spring breakout program took bout an hour/hour half. That’s where a lot of my diamonds came from
