Lagger 3 years I finally got a front row ride on colossus and it suddenly went from being below rush to my 2nd fav after swarm in my ranking. I was actually shocked

Looks great for this event! Thorpe park has done well, haven’t even watched the full video but looks phenomenal so far!
When I went, the guy standing on the stage outside Inferno was singing " it's coming home" and got everyone clapping in the queue line to the tune, I didn't even see the #thorpepark sign, I'll like to see another Gerstlauer.

I just went on the 10th for the first time and the staff were very polite! It was definitely worth the 4 hour trip from the land of Blackpool to experience this!

i have a friend who works at Thorpe Park and he's told us that a ride is being built where old town is well used to be as it's all closed off and the ride will be taller than Stealth.
We all now its on a website they made 🤣

We went on Friday and managed 20 rides (all of the big coasters multiple times). Was so shocked given most schools had already broken up but wasn’t complaining. Operations were fantastic.

@@devilsvengeance2240 walked on Stealth 5 times within an hour which helped, but it was unusually quiet. Broke down on Swarm so got two fast passes too. But I don’t think that added much

@@devilsvengeance2240 go when the schools are just going back- so like the 1st and 2nd September. Head to Saw early and leave swarm to the end. If you can download the app then you can often ‘beat the queues’ by heading to what seems a longer queue but when you get there it’s actually died down because everyone is avoiding the long wait times

I went on 25th July and they dismantled Samurai big job fixing it. All the rides at Thorpe Park are amazing, and I forget how wet you get on Tidal Wave lol just a classic started off with that ride and think my heart stopped with the cold water splashing down

Hey I must of been just ahead of you in the Stealth queue when the rollback happened in 2006! I was waiting to board when it rolled back into the station. A few people couldn't handle going up again so got off the ride and I replaced one and ended up riding with a load of people who were lucky enough to have just rolled back!

The thing I kind of dislike about vortex (even though i thinks it’s extremely underrated) is the way it spins because if you’re at the top of the spin, by the time you’ve got to the other side the top end would have spun back to the top

We did the VIP experience last weekend. Best £250 ever spent at a theme park. Front of line access to each ride as many times as you like. Well worth a treat if you love riding.

I went with my school on the Monday after the weekend and I loved it
I went last week for the first time, it was around 4:50pm when we went to queue for storm surge. It was around 6:40pm when it was going to be our turn on there. We waited 10 minutes then they said that they had closed it for maintenance for as long as they needed. We waited another 10 minutes then decided to leave the queue because the staff spoke to people behind us and beside us, but just not me and my family. At least we went round 10 times on flying fish :)
I went to Thorpe park on euro finals and I got on 20 rides (not 20 rides but rides in a total of 20 times lol), colossus had no queue at all!
