Very cool. I had no idea there's an Evel Knievel museum. I remember as kids my brothers had so much memorabilia, painted his #1 on the wall of their room and modified their bicycles to mimic their idea of what Evel's bike would look like. Awesome museum. He was fearless.

It is amazing what this man put himself through for our entertainment. I hope he made a gigantic enough amount of money to make all those injuries worth it. But he did seem fearless and seemed to enjoy being a dare devil. He lived quite a life. Thanks for sharing this museum with us!

I used to have most of the Evel Knievel Toys as a kid, I could never get him to do any amazing stunts like on the adverts 🤪 I do remember it always been a big Television event when he did a stunt & it was exciting to watch, here in the UK our equivalent was a guy called Eddie Kid or the UK Evel Knieval 🤔🫢 Thanks for Sharing another great Museum with us & bringing back quite a few memories for me 👍🥰 Enjoy the last day of July & have a great August too ❤️🤩xx

Awesome B《☆》Nice Tour Brother👍🏾🍺🍕I was riding my RD350 home from work one night in 19and75 . Wet road & my faceshield was fogging up. I opened up the shield as I was flying thru the air. I hit a full size concrete block that was laying lengthwise in the road. I could see something but I figured it was a white paper bag from a restaurant. It felt like I went up about 10 feet high 30 ft long jump. By the Grace of God I landed smoothly. I couldn't believe it didn't damage my bike at all. It busted one side of the block👉□□I think I was doing 35-40 mph✌😎☯️

Back in the late 60s, went to see, Evel at Lakeside Speedway in Kansas City, MO. He arrived in a helicopter, jumped on his bike, did several laps around the track, all the while, popping wheelies. Then, the main event, he jumped over a couple of busses, it was awesome! Oh, he did a perfect landing, no crash or broken bones.

Really cool museum, Brian. I remember Evel Knievel well from my boyhood. He was a true hero and legend. So many crashes and broken bones over the years! But he always got back on and would do it again. Booze? 🤣🤣 Makes it somewhat easier on the seat of the pants! Enjoyed the museum tour.
