You should have raised complaint with the airline not the staff
Staff is just doing his job
The airline industry should be held accountable for significant flight delays. When a flight is delayed for more than 10 hours, it is unacceptable for the airline not to provide explanations for the delay, basic accommodations, refreshments, and ticket refunds. Passengers have every right to be frustrated when the airline fails to address their concerns. This type of behaviour from Air India's management is shameful.

What was the issue?
Air India flight got delayed more than 12 hours. passengers were not informed that flight got cancelled. So passengers were angry at Air India staff
