I think the orange thing is about a person's skin tone or possibly chemistry? My friend Laura has that issue with colourpop shadows, but I don't. She is very fair and I am medium-tan. I've also seen it happen with cle de peau. We were standing at the counter and both swatched a gorgeous cream formula in purple. On me it looked as you would expect looking at the pot. On her it was BROWN. She was disappointed because she loved the color. We put a different base under it on her and it look slightly more purple. I think it is so interesting.
You confirmed for me that this palette is a must have. I love her eye shadows but most of them are very warm. I was so excited when I saw that she had released the nude palette. It is absolutely beautiful! Thank you for reviewing and helping me make up my mind.

It has the vibes of the WG palette imo but when the CT palette is applied to the eye, I actually think the shades are more flattering, especially as the black blends out not 'harsh ' 🤗

I just bought this palette and I am watching this review again. It is funny how my perspective changes from three years ago. I read my comment from your original video. This particular palette wasn’t my favorite because it didn’t have a shimmer shade. Now, I wearing all matte looks regularly. This palette makes a lovely travel palette. And it stores quite nicely in my everyday makeup bag.

Super Nude should be called Super Mauve. Definitely doesn't look like what I would consider a nude shade. It's a great color for you, but definitely not nude enough for me.

I am pretty fair/light and her shadows (from several palettes) pull orange/peach on me too.
Wow, this is probably one of the most neutral palettes l have seen in a while from CT (though her shadows typically pull warmer on me too) The look you created is so nice and I love how you neutralized it with the other colors in the palette! Looks great!

CT transition shades always look orange on me with the exception of the pillow talk and exaggereyes quads. Even the pink tones in the large PT palette all look orange.
Yea I think so too as far as the base color. Her palettes all seem to go orange for me as well if they are neutral colors. Basically all look the same once on the skin. Ive returned them for this very reason. This looked like a nice palette too but i think ill pass since ive bought a few new ones recently.

I wish the eyeshadow palette would have a shimmer shade. I know that it only has six shades, but I typically throw a shimmer shade on my lid. I was hoping this would be a cooler version of the Easy Eye Charlotte Darling palette. I own that palette and I simply adore it.

Omg, same thing happens to me with CT eyeshadows!! I love CT makeup line so, so much but warm orangey, reddish tones really don't suit me and everything turns very orangey/red. I think it's the tone she prefers. It looks amazing on her & obviously other women it suits.

No, you're right: I wish Charlotte Tilbury would STEP AWAY FROM THE ORANGE!! She's even changed the colour of Stoned Rose lipstick to Stoned Orange, and this was my fave A/W lipstick ever, so I'm taking it hard and very personally 😂😂.
I bought this yesterday, thanks F&F Sephora sale, and I’m on the fence. I have to really pack this on to make a difference. I am one of those rare ladies -who’s med. tan - warm undertones that love cool shadows. Yes, I agree that it blends well but this one didn’t wow me. This may have to go back sadly.

How is that color lipstick considered a “nude?” I have lost sight of what “nude” means in makeup because literally everything now is considered “nude.”
Because nude refers to true-ish lip color and whichever specific one/s you have in mind is/are not the only lip color/s, look around (look at the brands target market/s specifically)
Funny, I find all my CT lipsticks warm up when I put them on - Confession is always WAY more orange than I want it to be. I’ve had my eye on Super Nude so thanks for the review!
The palette just looks muddy to me. I just don’t think CT’s strengths lie in eye powder. Give me a cream or a chubby stick, but these shadows don’t seem to be ones I reach for.

Thanks to the various reviews I've seen on the lipsticks, I'm pretty sure I'll pick up a couple. On my skin tone (light olive), I tend to appreciate nude lipsticks that are a little deeper because I need to cover the greenish/greyish undertone of my lips. Nude lipsticks that are too pale would just end up pulling beige/brown/orange on me and not in a flattering way! The eyeshadow palette looks nice on you but I think I'll pass. The shades seem like they'll look muddy on the eyes if they aren't blended right and I'm no expert!

I am not an eyeshadow person, but during this time i want to actually learn( I am usually a one shade girl on my eyelids) hahaha. But the CT palette looks so beautiful and has matte shades which i love, but i think i might get one that urban decay has for $30 that is similar and mini as well. If anyone has any mini natural/browns/everyday matte palettes they like to recommend?

Michele, I really like what you did with the eye look. I like how you smeared out the black. I think it still looks great even though it’s not a deep black. I was going to skip this but now I’m interested after seeing the colors on your eyes. And the lipstick is a really nice fall shade definitely not the typical nude but we have so many of those from Natasha Denona. Very nice review & swatches. 😊❤️
