There really isnt anywhere on the internet where you get to see cars like this on long take video,s and accurate camera work. Steve in Australia. Beautifull paint jobs again, the 56 nomad from Hawaii looked nice.
Happy birthday mate and hope ya mum gets well, you mentioned she was ill. Anyway you encouraged me to buy a pickup. At the airport in sydney now flying down to melbourne to pick up a well used 1992 GMC sierra 1500 extra cab. And a new paint job and 20 inch wheels i can have a beer or 3 and pretend i am at them shows. Great videos mate. Love em anx watched some 3 times. I told all my friends to like, subscribe and share. I am in the australia camaro firebird club also
At the 1 hour 25 min 25 sec mark there's four cars, all built by Mike Bello's of San Diego. His personal 36' Ford Delivery, a 37' Ford he just finished for a client, another client's Ford he finished a couple years ago and a yellow 1950 GMC COE he wrapped up in March, sitting on 2002 Chevy HD frame with custom air bags. Check out his builds here on UA-cam under his name.
Just found your videos...very good...like watching a historical artful statement of social greatness in transportation. Only hope you find a program to erase or minimize the background headache music.
Mike, It's still cold and icy here in the OZARKS, I'm living vicariously by watching your channel, last night the Santa Maria cruisin Nationals--that was great, the pre 1965 cars, this year we may drive my 1955 Nomad out for that show. We purchased it last year, it came from Modesto Ca. and we were told it was a background vehicle in the American Graffiti movie, (1 hour and 7 min. into the movie). There's no way to prove, because George Lucas did not register the vin# on background car's. Anyhow it's a goo9d story and you can see the car in the movie. Thank's for the work you do with your channel. Wayne
I've rented vehicles for movies and TV. Nobody really keeps records of the background cars. In the old days many star cars would be sold off after the production.
Some of the paint schemes are so crazy, it's almost impossible to see the "car" underneath the visual overload of brilliant loud colors! Very crazy ...
Hey guy, I enjoyed your video especially since you told what kind and year of each car. You did quit about half way in though. Anyway I enjoyed you telling the make and year of the vehicles. Thanks
There were so many cars at this show that I decided to do a broad sweep of some of the lines of vehicles towards the end. There was no way to shoot everything. Keep in mind that I spent six hours there.
Hi Mike, haven’t been able to catch you videos in a bit, happy I caught this one, man a multitude of killer rides. I see your moving a little faster than usual (short clipping) from music and probably the volume of cars too. You still manage to pull if off, not surprised 👍🏽
LA Roadsters is at the Pomona Fairgrounds. Theres also a show on the 18th at Pasadena City Hall. Check socalcarculture.com since they seem to have the most complete list.
I sub a few car channels so I don't know if I've stated this here or not, but that is that what I don't personally care for is when they, unnecessarily, are cleaned and shaved...no door handles...the emblems, badging and brightwork removed....and/or the interior redone in a modern style.......to me, it takes away from the originally designed style and attention to detail that was put into these classic cars! That's not to say that I don't enjoy and respect customs....I surely do...like that '60 Chevy that you "couldn't do justice to"....very nice, and all that custom work doesn't clash with the antiquity of the car...it really works. There's also the condition of the vehicle when the work began, to consider; perhaps it was lacking emblems, handles...had extensive damage, etc....in which case, pretty much any customization is justified, so to speak. All that being said, I would certainly never berate any owner or vehicle for it being what it is...it's just the way I feel.
Perfect job showing all these amazing creations.
One of the finest car groups I've ever seen!
Thank you all
There was so much to see at this show. Thanks for watching.
@@MikeFrankovich I was thinking exactly the same thing. So much talent there, in so many different ways
You Always do an outstanding job video work and descriptions thank you !
You’re welcome
Best video of the show. Thank you for covering it Sir!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Short clipping is good, this works well for me. THANKS!!!!
It's the best solution to the music that i've found.

I try to take good shots that hopefully do these cars justice. Thanks.

I wish I was able to go with you Mike ! 🤔
Good job showing us all those great rides....I know it's not easy to just record and not put down the camera and enjoy it freely yourself, so thanks!
Thanks. It's definitely work shooting these shows.
A lot of nice cars but my favorites were the original unmolested classics toward the end of your video. But to each his own, I guess.
Some of the paint schemes are so crazy, it's almost impossible to see the "car" underneath the visual overload of brilliant loud colors!
Very crazy ...
Lots of hours and tons of talent.

Great job on the video! I think there were around 800 cars at this show...
I'm sure the organizer would have an accurate number. It was massive.

It takes longer to shoot this way, but I have to to avoid copyright. There was just so much to film at this event.
Do you know how many cars was there
Probably over 1,000.
Mike--tryin' to find a show for the weekend of june 17-19. Any leads? Thanks

The 57 ford does drive from both sides and built by the Keeping Hot Rodding Alive youth program
Some business should make a drive in food place where you can only come eat there if you have a classic car and have 50 to 60ties music playing.
Some places have cruise nights like that.

🙂👍👏❤❤❤
havent seen 4 good cars I owned 1954 to 1965----- means I should have kept them all
If I kept all the old cars I've owned I'd need a ranch.
🙂👍👏
😎👍🇺🇸🗽🚗🚘👏👏👏👏👏👍
The dashboards and instrument clusters used to be so artistic and interesting, new cars sure are boring.
Back then the car companies tried to one up each other. These days they all just go with similar looking designs so It's hard to tell them apart.
To much stinken music.
