My favorite song Anne & Juliet "That's way it is"duet a lesbian duet between those two & they had a crush on one another which they ended up together. The next song"Show Me Love" i'm a 90's kid. Saw it on Broadway. I was so happy to see Lorna Courtney, Betsy Wolfe & Joe Moeller as Shakesphere. Loved Lorna & Betsy chemistry. Lorna Courtney huge long applause after singing "Roar"Wish we saw Daniel Maldonado as Romeo.Musical has good advance sales & will recoup soon.I would recommend this musical to anyone to see.

The disconnect you pointed out between the outside and the inside of the Stephen Sondheim Theatre is because, the facade was kept from the original Henry Miller’s Theatre, which was torn down, and the current theatre was built behind the facade.
I’ve seen & Juliet over 100 times in London 😅 I’m also gonna see it in Aberdeen on the UK tour. My fav songs are blow, problem/can’t feel my face and that the way it is. Great video ❤️😊
I've seen it a few times in London, was so glad to see it on the closing day but it was the matinee. Really miss the show, it's my favourite. There is a lyric with and Juliet in the show, It's My Life. For Romeo and Juliet who never backed down Fav song, it's hard to pick but love Blow, I'm not a girl, that's the way it is
Love the Stephen Sondheim theater! Love the unique design and the fact that it is below ground level compared to being above. Makes it easier for those who are in the higher seats
I saw it on Broadway and would love a US tour. That's one of my favorite theaters too. Favorite scene is Blow, but also the varying uses of I Want It That Way.

Got to see this show for the first time in London on my birthday (2022) and had a blast, later went to see it in NY a few days before London closed and still had a blast (Got to see Betsy Wolfe, Justin David Sullivan and Melanie!!!) Really hope I'll get to see this show again sometime
Agree with &Juliet being a fun gateway musical for newbies because of the music. Minus Max Martin writing a KPOP song & it being added in pretty much any Pop fan will find at least one song they know & enjoy in it. The beauty of the show really is even though it's a jukebox musical the musical so flawlessly works to create that original story to go with it. So glad you revisited the show while in NYC & I'm looking forward to a US tour helpfully very soon. (to go along with Shucked which is also touring soon)
Brits don't care about the national debt clock on the side of the theatre. 😂 Honestly, I didn't either but it was definitely a way to mark time. When I went to see it, Romeo was a last minute call out. They had started letting people in the theatre but then had to stop because they had to do a last minute put in for the Romeo understudy who had not performed it yet. There was also an understudy for Juliet. They finally let us in maybe 20 mins after original curtain time. Thankfully I didn't have time sensitive plans after the show and both understudies were great. Melanie LaBarrie stole the show for sure though.
Ask the ushers where the stagedoor is. They will come out & sign your playbill, programs, etc. bring your own pen or marker just in case. you can ask a picture with them. make sure you follow the instructions of the stagedoor men what to do and where they place the metal barriers it will be easier for cast & guests who saw the musical. understand which cast members will come out. it is easier for them to sign on their headshots in the playbills & programs.

it is going on tour. downside the bigger cities first. it should go to the smaller cities first.
