I hope that everyone watching this knows this is standard rebuild stuff. The gas and go shows is almost always glossed over with the days of troubleshooting problems. The hydraulics can and will be fixed. There’s always a way around the problem. It just may take someone with hydraulic experience to figure out what is needed and get a part made for the tractor to fix whatever is wrong. This is the frustrating part where most give up. Hang in there fellas. You are so close and sharing with the world a piece of history that most never get to see!
I would say to do a "3-point delete" and make it a row-crop tractor. Leave all the 3-point stuff there/with it and a future owner can decide if they want to mess with it. One of my 3-point tractors quit and I took it all apart and it was a missing cotter key on the bottom side of the internal hydraulic pump so the valve control lever fell off. Then reassemble again. It was a project. A fixed hitch tractor can do a lot of hay raking, maybe even baling, pulling a disc, and more so it will be useful to the right buyer.
Brave it and just take it one day at a time, you guys have gotten miles ahead from where you started, it may be more of a stubborn mule, then a raging bull. Thank you for sharing your experiences with us🤗🤗🤗
Well Dave, Chalk this up as a learning experience. You can barley keep up with your own work--No more off brand tractors. Get your own items repaired and done. Tired Italian Donkey was and has been a Albatross around your neck.
Unfortunately, their cars are just as horrible! But, to be sure, the previous owner got all the use he could out of it before parking it. If it has a lift similar to the Ford, it shouldn't be too difficult to open up the rear and get at the control valve and hydraulic pump. I've had the pump drive gears shear off the drive key and leave the pump not turning. That or the control valve isn't moving on the in side. As to the hard starting, it's likely the injector nozzle tips being too worn to make a proper popoff pressure or spray pattern.
I'm sure Hoovie will disclose it on his channel eventually, but I would guess between $5,000 and $7,000 (a politely conservative estimate). Crazy D's visible frustration at the end of this video points toward a higher number, however.
We have already done a complete overall of the engine and fuel system unfortunately the parts are not available to be able to do that to the hydraulic system of this tractor we need to adjust the valves again on this tractor unfortunately the correct specs for this tractor or are almost impossible to find and when you do find them they are in a foreign language and have been hard to translate to what we exactly need we have hit many bumps in the road but have come a very long way on this tractor it is almost complete we will get this hydraulic system figured out and it will be complete except form body and paint issues which I am not touching
Holy cow I have not noticed how big Junior got since he was on the car wizards videos regularly.

You guys sure do take on a lot of challenges. Kudos
Parts availibility would be a problem for tractors like this one.
That's what they've been saying since they've got the tractor😂
I always knew you opened up a can of worms the day you got that tractor
Probably not a project you'll ever forget.
It's always fun working on and oddball tractor

Lambo is a huge headache. It would cost lots of money to track down and fix it. Big loss for somebody.
AH, another Lambo for Hoovie to sell...
What a mess !!

What's the deal with the two Ferrari?!
Thats the Car Wizards Shop.
Oddball tractor old also no fun a real money maker lol cheers 🥂 😊
Wow, glad you were able to finish this. I really hope the owner really knows that this was worth it. I'm curious what the final costs were.

it's hoovie
Unfortunately they’re quite a ways from this thing starting and functioning correctly.
It looks like a tractor that needs a complete overhaul of the engine, fuel system and hydraulic system. The thing is just completely worn out.
