    I've had mine for about a year now, and I've been really happy with it. I have a Victor Cutmaster 58 on mine and it's a beast.

    Great video. I wanted to add... I clean my 4x8 table out with a ridgid shop vac.. sucks the fine debris and cutting fluid, but first ... use the eveloution magnetic pick-up tool to remove the large pieces.

    Good Morning, Very nice review indeed. I Love my Langmuir machine too, I'm running the PrimeWeld CUT60 the rig paid for itself within the first month.

    Do you think the size has been a limiting factor for your business?

    • @BeckTools
      @BeckTools  Рік тому +1

      no. I use it for prototyping and get my production parts laser cut by a 3rd party.

    How difficult was it to hookup the everlast and after clicking on your link above...did you have to purchase anything else when adding this to your system? I already have the crossfire pro and the hypertherm45xp which all works perfect and everything was quick connect, but I need to cut metal thicker than 1/2" so I want to get the Everlast 85.

      it was very straight forward. I have a video called "Hooking your Everlast Power Plasma 82i to your Langmuir Systems Crossfire Pro"

    Of the 2 options they give you for plasma cutters on the website, are those good enough for starting out?

      The Razorweld sucks and the Hypertherm is really good but over priced. I highly recommend the Everlast Power Plasma 82i. It's waaaay better than the Razorweld but not as expensive as the Hypertherm. Here is a link to the Everlast www.everlastgenerators.com/product/plasma/powerplasma-82i-cnc-package?rfsn=6157440.58fd90

    Thanks for the review, do you have plans to purchase the XR in the future?

    • @BeckTools
      @BeckTools  2 роки тому +2

      Probably not. I don't have the space in my shop. After a product has exited the prototype stage I normally get them laser cut in much higher qty. Without being able to prototype all my product ideas in house none of them would have gotten off the ground. :)

      @@BeckTools Being able to build my own prototypes is the exact reason I've been considering purchasing this table. Having a laser shop cut one piece is very expensive, especially when it takes multiple variations to get the part just right. Thanks for the great content 👍

    Thank you for sharing your thoughts. I have the LS pro and Razor 45 all in the box. I think of buying the EverLast 82i as an upgrade and using the 45 for automotive work. Is it true the 45 is not that good for the plasma table? Everyone complains about it, but no precise info on why it is that?
    Also, would you make and sell the torch mounting for the 82i?
    I see you are selling the plan, which is excellent.

    • @BeckTools
      @BeckTools  2 роки тому

      The RW 45 can produce really nice quality but it's inconsistent and un-reliable. I feel like you spend all your time trying to dial it in. The Everlast just works... Every time... If you do decide to buy the 82i please consider clicking my link in the description within 30 days of your purchase. :) It helps out my channel. As far as making and selling the torch holders with laser holes... I don't think that is something I can fit into my schedule at this point. Beck's Armory LLC is my side gig still. If I ever get the chance to go full time I'll be able to support more products. :)

      I'm seeing the same thing buy I haven't really had any issues with mine so far other than making sure you're using the right tip for the thickness, I just used mine to cut 10mm thick armor plating and it went through it like butter with the 1mm tip
