From 06:15, I talk about how bad the mouse performs when doing colour grading. However, that's no longer the case, thanks to saleem marji, I fixed the issue by disabling a feature called Smooth Scrolling on the Logic Options+ Software. Plus, I have been using the new beta software which is working much better then the old one! As it for now, I am planning on keeping this mouse.
It's not perfect, but the issue I can't find a better thing on the market. As a developer I always need anything will allow me to have shortcuts for everything possible. I've added bunch of useful shortcuts to the MX keyboard also other useful ones to the MX mouse, so life become easier. Both are not perfect, but I can't find any better option.
didyoutryto change the mouse setting in windows there is a setting called how many lines to scroll each time this will make the mouse much more accurate
Click on Accessibility in the System Preferences window. Scroll down and select Mouse & Trackpad from the menu on the left side of the Accessibility window. Drag the Scrolling speed slider to the right or left to speed up or slow down how fast you can scroll down on a page ,try this .
I tried that but it didn’t work. However, thanks to you I was able to find the solution, there was a feature called Smooth Scrolling on the Logitech software which was enabled, I decided to disable it and now it’s working perfectly!
@@NilsonCreative perfect do you know a way that I could make a short cut for different dpi for example one shortcut is 2000 dpi and other one is 200 I use cubase (daw) and some times I need low dpi and other times I need a high dpi.
Now, I can agree with you! I found the reason why the scrolling wheel was not accurate, it was a feature called Smooth Scrolling which was enabled and was causing the problem. I disabled it and boom, it’s working perfectly, plus I’ve been using the new beta software which is working better then the old one
Liked how you mentioned your own set of hotkeys you used. If this is not the mouse you recommend, what is a better mouse at lower price would you buy? Interested to know
@@NilsonCreative i would recommend the logitech g305 if you work with a laptop, its battery powered so you dont have to charge it and the batterys last forever. It has all the gaming grade sensors, logitech software support, etc. Its a great mouse
Yes, those issues that you mentioned are annoying. The most annoying is that when you turn on the computer, the configuration and speed of the mouse are entirely different until the Logitech daemon software recognizes it and resets it. The question is, would I buy it again? Probably no!
That’s another annoying thing but you can “solve it” by keeping the mouse speed at default on the Logitech software and change it directly from the operating system settings.
@@NilsonCreative that is what I tried too and worked. But it is something that is really annoying, especially when you see so many people saying on UA-cam that it is the best mouse ever, I don't know if they are making a lot of money over affiliate program links (which I don't believe) or it is a herd effect. This is a mouse which a lot of glitches and don't worth $99, on the other hand, the magic mouse is perfect for mac users except for its shape, size, and weight, in other words by now there is nothing really good for mac users when we're talking about mice.
you forget about the worst feature. after a year or two, the rubber starts getting sticky. its just a very poor quality mouse aimed at making profit over quality. i guess logitech expects people to just throw it out and buy a new one. nice scheme.
Lucky enough, I didn’t experience that yet! I just uploaded a new video talking about my experience using it, after fixing some of the issues I had with it.
Check out my new updated review of the MX Master 3: ua-cam.com/video/LMjGzY2SQCo/v-deo.html

Does the mouse have yellow stains on the rubber? I see lots of reddit posts about this issue
I don’t have that problem with mine
Did you experience any of the issues I mentioned in this video? If yes, please let me know in the comments 🙌
did you do some colour adjustments in your video? my Mid grey mouse looks more bluish cool grey whereas your mouse looks warmer, silver-like grey.
I try to keep the colour grading as real as possible, the warmer look might be because of the warm light that I used on some scenes
is there a way to turn the acceleration off with this mouse? that's just one of the things holding me back on this mouse as i hate mouse acceleration
to anyone curious, steelseries exactmouse works with the mx master 3 to disable acceleration

I respect you views but personlly it feels like the best mouse i ever used for most of the featuref reasons
If they fix the accuracy of the scrolling wheel, it will be the best most I’ve ever used!

For endurance, shall I use bluetooth or the dongle that comes with it?
Hello Ryan, you should use a dongle only if you’re experiencing connectivity issues
thanks!! 👍🏼

Thank you! Right now, I’m still doing some research to find an alternative mouse at lower price range, once I do, I’ll let you know

I have to agree, but for others reasons, ironically I hate his ergonomics. Its not worthy at all.
What would you recommend instead of this mouse?
I was able to fix the issue I had with this mouse, so now I’m happy with its performance
@@NilsonCreative is it worth buying now? Why don't you make another video stating that how you solve those issues. Thanks for this video.
I’m working on a new video, stay tuned!
