Can u reball laptop gpu as well?
If yes, then I have a 7670m please reply
Try the same steps as discussed in the videos you can do it yourself
what liquid you use to finally clean the IC and how do you made the stencil what kind of powder ball is that
It's all mentioned in the video bro.
@@laptex1377 I don't think either of these are stated in the video. You don't say what cleaning fluid you use (is it isopropyl alcohol?), and you don't say what material the solder balls are (I assume it's standard tin-lead solder?).
Can I ask you something about laptop, so I have a HP Pavilion gaming 15 with I7 9750H with GTX 1650, 1 month ago when I want to turn on my laptop it won't turn on, all of the indicator lights are on like battery indicator LEd lights, power button lights. All of them turned on, but my screen don't want to turned on, even the fan didn't want to turn on too, after that I go to the Service Center and they said I have to change the motherboard because they said that either my CPU/GPU chip broke or the ic, they said it happen because of overheating.
So is there any chance my laptop be fixed and worked again without change the motherboard?
Sorry if my English bad, but I really need help bout this😢
If the GPU is shorted then it needs to be replaced or still the problem exists then need to change the motherboard.
@@laptex1377 if the one that broke/short is the CPU, can a reballing fix it?
No bro.

Why do these processors always have upward curvature at the corners?
It's for protection.

Hi, 7:25 will that pressure not scratch the CPU die?
It may...so try to apply a little less pressure....
0.4mm balls are too small, 0.45mm should be used because the capacitors will cause miss soldered balls and unbalanced heat distribution on the bga machine
Good point but it depends on how smartly pins are being placed and at the right temperature.👍
