Looks like a round with a bad crimp. It happens. It probably would not have chambered, but if it did, it could cause a squib (bullet lodged in barrel). I would check the other rounds too to see if any feel loose.
I believe I have seen a few videos on 9mm bullet jump in revolvers and people testing different ammunition for those. Some are seated pretty loose! I los for my .45 and use the lee factory crimp. Hit one (not too hard) nose first on your table and see how it does.

Yes, I figured it could be dangerous. Defensive ammo is so expensive right now. I was trying to wait and see if the price would drop.
It would've jammed take em back to the range and check em get another box or yo money back but I'd take all that ammo out of each magazine you filled
