Hey, I cannot speak English very well, but maybe the videos from "Ladieslaunge" can help you. It is German, but she explains the elements from the journal good and does every month a new setup with beautifull thems.

Hi there! That is so wonderful that you are studying medicine. 💕 You can start very simple like writing your daily study schedule, what time to take breaks, maybe meal planner, etc. Pretty much anything but start small. Hope that helps. 🌞🙋‍♀️

Hi there, no need to know calligraphy or cursive handwriting for bullet journaling. You can simply use your own handwriting. You can always use letter stamps too. They make it look very nice. 🌞
