They don’t capitalize every letter 100% of the time for their uploads! (I know many people other than them types all capital letters in the commentary replies… so do you have authority, or any right to say people should stop with the habit? My authority to talk about this is that I'm a native speaker and capitalizing random words just doesn't make any sense. Look up some grammatically correct books or sample paragraphs and you'll see how correct English is written.
