Shy guy's indestructible bones is why he was able to hurt superman. Not even the SCP known as GOD wasn't able to kill 096 cuz he wasnt able to destroy his skeleton. Plus the fact thst the longer 096 is active the stronger and faster he gets until the target is destroyed, he's even able to chase people through dimensions. Even if superman didn't hold back shy guy could've eventually won by wearing him down.
Bro, honestly, 173 was able to break his neck quite easily. Which means that there is a limit to his bone structure, not unbreakable. If Superman decides to get serious, shy guy won’t be surviving that much less with other versions of Superman.
@thedudekoplin9061 173 is another beast entirely, he put that very same 682 to shame and forced him to run away during their entire fight, so that doesn't really matter that he broke 096 neck cuz he already defeated a being that defeated 096 before.
@thedudekoplin9061 also, yes, his bones are indestructible. It's just that 173, being a creature even a child of the scarlet king fears, is beyond strength like that. His ability to snap necks is an anomaly that defies terms such as indestructible. Yet its only limited to breaking necks, otherwise what's stopping him from pulverising containment? See? Superman can't break them unless he wants to tear holes through space like he did in this animation. Tldr tryhard superman extreme diffs and shy guy wins more often than not.
@@AnkleGremlin Bro, by that logic, 173 would have won against 106 too but didn't. The peanut boy couldn’t hurt the old man but made him unsettled by trying to 'break' his neck and failing to kill him. After that Larry just turned him into a pile of goo. Just don't overscale SCPs like saying 'Oh but he can defy the term unbreakable/undamagable' through your headcanon like 90% of SCP fans do. That just sounds like some 7 year old trying to prove their OC is powerful than everything just because they think so. If its not written in the main plot then don’t say it as a fact. I do know the cross tests between 173 vs 096 vs 682. 682 didn't specifically 'run away' in the test either. He grew multiple eyes to keep eye contact but his eyes were shot by a sniper rifle to continue the cross test as they were in a stalemate. There was also some side plot point of 173 multiplying through his poopy increments but never read anything that said '173 can defy concepts.' or anything similar. Besides the main plot 682 is literally contained through non-anomalous acid, not even that powerful overall unless we are talking about his Hax abilities like coming back from being erased and stuff. The other versions of 682 is a different deal though. Unless you have got a factual source through the main plot then don’t relay your headcanons as the main plot.
@@thedudekoplin9061 good job cherry picking the one story where 173 is weaker. Truly you are the best debater of all time, I'm stunned. Whoops, forgot to mention scp wiki doesn't follow one lore and that nothing is truly Canon, so I chose to match superman against the best versions of the scp's to make it fair. In 90% of 096 stories his bones are simply indestructible. Having them broken by 173 doesn't matter since its from the same time lime where 173 beat on 682. So I'm still right. You're taking a weaker version of 173 and comparing it to what I said in an attempt to discredit me by mentioning LOGIC in a FICTIONAL setting. Gg, wp, I won. "682 being contained in acid but can come back from being erased" Exactly as I said, different versions of the same character. You're the one trying to claim since normal acid stops 682 A that means 682 B isn't that strong.
Clark defeated The Shy Guy, he gave up and covered his face with his hands again inside of the stadium because he was intimidated by Clark's strength, however, Clark was filled with rage after Lois's death and didn't understand The Shy Guy's patterns so he kept fighting, not knowing that he just needlessly extended the fight. Superman could have grabbed The Shy Guy from behind and contained him. The Shy Guy is inside of a black hole, but he is coming back and Superman is his target, there should be a part 2 of Superman working with the SCP foundation to contain him. Clark's good heart is on full display also, he lost the love of his life and not only does he keep himself under control when fighting on earth, he takes this SCP to space to keep humanity safe, that is what separates him from Homelander, he is powerful too but he has none of Superman's morals.
096 is actually this strong but not stronger than Superman, but he can and will be back, once you see his face there is no distance between dimensions or reality that can separate you guys.
Fun fact. The sound effects for the black hole and the sun are actually real audio from recordings by NASA.
I knew that sounded familiar I forgot which channel had it
10:46 thats the genuin emotion any living creature should feel when they find out they are fighting Superman

"Wallahi I'm finished!" Head ass.
I get you, but I'm not sure scp 096 is even a living thing.

Maybe...just maybe
Superman just needs to fly to the sun and he’ll be good as new if not better.

unless he's fighting Doomsday. This battle would be eternal.
@@legendary5733 I wanna see that they should do that and make there fight last till the end of time literally. Just put some time skips in the fight
