@@BlackArmor718 Or you can make that, it works too, because I made a exploration ship and i want to put some mechs to drop from it but custom ones as I got a limited space.
5 months without new vids :( hope you are ok mate. I have a project in mind, i myself am not (yet) capable enough in this game. So here is the idear should you need one :) and i would appreciate your input on it, doable and any tipps to do this maybe. A ship that complettly automated drills a whole into the ground with a corksrew ramp at the edge interrupted by several levels dugg further into the sides and then outfits/prints a base with most installations like a ship printing level(able to replicate said ship again and a fleet of attack ships which ideally have also drone capabilites to be started automaticly to then attack incomming enemy ships or given coordiantes on planet/in system), levels for storing these ships, personal elevator which carves out a bit of the circle and a larger elevator which can enter each level to go under parked ships and bring them ontop of the base and at the base of whole a big scraping installation to recycle own and enemy ships. Ship drilling/printing arms should be complettly be hidden insight the ship. When the ship lands when you imagine ID4 the mothership landing on earth such side arms which extend from the hull autwards before drilling and after taking in the drills and printers after base is mostly done, would be retracted again so the ship could be stored insight one of the base levels(hangar). I myself imagine the ID4 design with a Stargate replicator philosophy. The whole in the ground and the ships at max radius inbetween 50 to 70 blocks, as round wholes seemed rather straight forward and i have seen some pvp players prefered such approach for its ease of accomplishment. Besides the programming of all the things that should be printed, which from what i have seen here on your and other channels still should be doable, the main problems in my view are a "stable" drill/printing solution doing the levels(hangars/ship printing station) while still fitting into the mothership. I kind of avoid even starting such project for its huge aproach. I guess will have to first make a base within segments which would achiev all these things i imagine and then by that have a template which needs to be tweaked in size to get to a ship size which could do at least a tube with 5 levels fairly deep into the ground while still being able to store the drills and printers in the mothership. I hope you see my problem is the scope and size more than the doability as when put into segments each on its own i know by examples i have seen can be automated, but the size of the base where you could store a mothership able to drill and print the base in its whole seems very daunting. So what do you think? Anyone else are surly also invited to comment on this with their idears and estimates for feasability.

1) Not exactly hidden sense you can see where the stair case is. Retractable stair case is more appropriate.
2) Reminds me of Mumbo.
all you gotta do is put a square block at the edge to make them nearly invisible
hidden stairs *turns on jetpack*
