  • And here is the second part of the Easter weekend plus a quick visit on my plot at the end.
Note: when you collect wild garlic in the woods you have to wash it thoroughly and dry again before processing it.

Are Austrians all so artistic? There is such a sense of beauty everywhere one looks: houses, gardens, decorations ...everything, and the scenery is absolutely out of this world. I also admire the memorial to your Mom, she must be so pleased and proud looking down. Thank you for the beautiful video.

What a village, Serenely beautiful, clean and orderly yet artistic it must be so hard to leave to return to Switzerland. How nice to have white daffodils for your mum. great use of the wild garlic. No the Saraha sand dosent reach here in Australia but we get enough horrid red dust storms occasionally. Church bells from Austria and Switzerland today, thank you 🙏

There is a timeless beauty especially with the wall rockery..I remember when Aubretia was in almost every garden..it reminds me of my Mother.

❤❤❤. Your tomato seedlings are more well traveled than I am…and sweet Feta and Olive are far more well traveled. I have seen 48 states, haven’t made it to Alaska or Hawaii yet, but the only other country I have been fortunate enough to visit is Canada. I appreciate you sharing the beauty of your region with us.

Stunning, Tamara. As usual. We here in Australia don't know about Saharan dust because it would be blocked by our own home-grown dust coming off the red centre. Awful - the air is thick and it settles on everything. It's insane that the Sahara makes it to Austria in the wind. The Austrian plot that you showed was phenomenal -kudos to the owner.

What a beautiful mountain garden! Lovely place at 3:00, looks like an Aubrieta, must get some for the garden.

Your Wild Garlic harvest took me back to living in France where I collected 2 shopping bags of it a week for several weeks .....it is lovely torn up in salads or in pasta dishes, also soups & cream cheeses..... as well as the pesto you mention. I miss it very much as I just can't find any here in Norfolk (UK) ! Thank you for the video......I didn't think much of the saharan dust you experienced !😬
