This brings back great memories from last year. I took my grandson to this show. We had a blast. I loved all the vintage aircraft as well as the modern airplanes. I am a big WWII buff so this was just a huge thrill for me. Just beautiful planes that were made over 60 years ago. What art and construction. We just had a great time in spite of the weather. Great show!!

THIS is how air show videos should be produced. No irritating electronic music, long pans of taxiing and flying aircraft, and lots of that great radial engine sound. Well done.

I went to this show in 2011, but left because of the rain. Never got see see it that day. Then I went this year, and went in for the first time.. I've probably never been so happy to walk around at an airshow. Everywhere I turned was almost nothing but Radials. Met a few of the acrobatic airshow performers as well. So far, the 2012 Chino air show has been the best show I've ever been to, beating March ARB Air Fest and Riverside(KRAL)'s annual airshow, which I have never missed. Gotta love it :)

Hellcats are damn good looking planes! Pass the word to the Chino Boys, the Hellcat should always be "counted amongst the more glamorous and nostalgic Fighters of the 1940's". It just has these views of great looks from certain angles. And that sound too!

best airshows used to be El Toro and Edwards but they are gone. Planes is coming back 2021 Oct 30-31........
