This powerful combination allows you to connect deeply with each energy center, facilitating the release of blockages and harmonizing your energy field.
Polyphonic singing, which is the whistling you hear over the “OM’s” is a technique practiced by Buddhist monks for centuries. This involves producing multiple tones simultaneously. This method, also known as overtone singing, resonates with the body's natural frequencies, helping to drop brain wave states and support nervous system regulation. As you surrender to the sound, the vibrations move through your system, clearing stagnant energy and promoting deep healing.
Allow the tones to wash over you, moving the energy up, guiding you to a place of inner peace and balance. This session is designed to help you release, harmonize, and rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit.
