Hey! I think Jan's average is around 16 degrees celsius, which is mild compared to most places in Europe at that time of year. I went in Feb and it was warm, not quite the heat of summer but you could walk around in a t-shirt during the day.
The Plaza in Seville - many places like this were built around the world, including in the USA, for exhibitions in the early 20th century, except in America, they tore them all down. That's why America is stupid.
