Ok, If you changed the carbon brushes and motor doesn't work and gets hot, motor is stuck. Motor has two plastic pieces at the rotor ends near the bearings, these plastic pieces deform with heating of the rotor friction, causing the motor to stick

After I lubricated the handpiece the torque is not there it slip a lot the contra handpiece that attach to the motor I have to constantly put pressure down on there when using the motor to keep the torque there or eles the bur will stop spinning or to prevent losing any torque ... Bueno, hay varias causas, revisa el interruptor de encendido de la caja de control y del pedal si lo tiene, revisa el cable de la corriente y del micromotor a la caja de control, el conector de este puede tener humedad, desconectalo y soplalo con aire comprimido, tambien las escobillas del micromotor pueden estar gastadas, etc.

Yes, it is normal, there is the heat vent of the handpiece but when the brushes are too spent it is heated a little more.
