@Jimmy Doran It's purpose was to annoy people when riding. If you have replaced the original exhaust and air filter the bike with after market gear it would start popping and crackling out the back of the exhaust. This was done to eliminate the air intake system through into exhaust. It was well worth the effort.
Sorry, I haven't noticed the questions coming through. I have sold my hyo a couple of years ago. My pipe still popped a little bit. My brothers didnt pop at all and they were done identical. So sometimes you just have unique slight differences. For the guys askin what it does you could jump on to korider forum which has plenty of information and people willing to answer any questions you may throw at them. And next time I will use a flash light for those who can't see for themselves on their own
Hi I have a question I have a 09 gt 650 just put a danmoto jisu exhaust on and it pops a lot when I'm slowing down and when I close off.so I done carb sync and closed off ais but I'm still getting pops. It said in the description on the exhaust (no fuel adjustments or rejet need) so my question is do you still get some pops and cracks cause people are saying it normal for a big V Any help would be great thanks.
Mate Push this, block that, wiggle this, for friggs sake if you are going to do a video point with a tool to the screws and ports, and run the machine and show us how, we havent got crystal BALLS!!

At 1:54 where does the lower vacuum hose coming off the intake manifold go?
Is stock 2.5 turns out for pilot screw?
what does blocking off the ais actually do?
does it have any benefits performance wise?
