Our neiba here(Kamwokya) strangled her 4 dotas to death in 2008 coz of rumours dat her husband was expecting a baby boy from another woman.she warned d husband several times bout killing d children but d man ignored her.i think d spirit of Dr.Otuk is not resting in peace ,it is still within Gulu tormenting people one by one.pray for everyone pliz always.we are in spiritual world,only d blood of Jesus Christ can save us from d evil spirits.
