Salam. I am a Muslim and I agree with the prophecies. It would be nice if this speech was a bit softer in tone .. why scream? This is why the younger generations are running from islam.
Sometimes things are tobe said harshly when everyone takes it too lightly.. speaking and preaching religion and Islam softly has lead us to this moment where we can turn a blind eye to what's happening in Gaza ..
I appreciate the passion with which he delivered this khutbah. Younger generations are lured by the pleasures of the western dunya. It is very hard to remain a steadfast Muslim in this time especially if you were born in the 21st century and this life is all you know...

I went for Umra 2 years ago. I hate the clock tower, towering over the house of Allah. Every time I went to Haram id ask Allah SWT to forgive us. I dont under why people take pictures of it. When you see it ,for me, it's frightening as it's a reminder of Judgment Day.

Just because something is a sign of judgement day does not make it sinful or evil. There are more Muslims on earth today than there ever was in the past and we all have to make ummrah and hajj we all need places to stay when we go to Mecca.

Am always shocked that almost ALL current pictures of the Kaaba have this clock towering above the Kaaba, my sense is its an attempt to form an association between Makkah and the clock tower rather than the Kaaba!!! Have even seen it on some Mussalahs... Muslims need to be conscious of this association and stop including it in pictures of the Kaaba❤

I was shunned as a child because I was the only black child in my school and one of a handful in my town. Teachers scowled at me. Classmates taunted me. store clerks would watch me so closely I thought it was normal at 6 years old to look at toys with my hands behind my back to show the person spying on me that I wasnt stealing. People would leave the park and pools when we came. One time when I was 5 I fell off my bike and my leg was twisted. I was so brainwashed to believe that black people were half animal that I was embarrassed when a young man ran over to help me because he was "forced" to touch my black skin with his bare hands and I assumed it made him uncomfortable. I really want Allah to explain to me why he made black people. Being black destroyed my experience of life on earth.I don't see anything wrong when I look in the mirror but everyone else does. The shame and lack of self confidence from those experiences ruined my life. I'm an underachiever because the world convinced me I was less than from the moment I was born causing my brain to not develop properly. I never tried in life because my self esteem was destroyed before I ever stepped foot into a class. I'm one of billions.
So pity to hear that ...but I am sure that this life is a test .don't think that someone who got white skin is all at advantage almighty may be testing them in different ways...but we don't know.in this worldly life everyone is tested with different degree of trials which actually determines their level in jannah if they patiently endure those by pleasing Allah...so please be patient and remember Allah tests those whom he loves dearly
Trust me brother! Its gets better! I was beaten and bullied and alienated for being different. None of it was my fault! But Wallahi today i see why i had to go through all that! I even contemplated suicide at one point byt today its clear to me why it all happened. Just trust Allahs plans and keep going. He will guide you and give you signs and insha Allah you too like me will come to a better place. I assure you brother, every human being goes through extremely different kind of difficulties! Women face challenges by sick men! Men face challenges by sick women! And many other types of challenges! This is your challenge and almost all black people knows how it feels! So you are not alone! Allah gave you this challenge because you can face it and overcome it and it will make you closer to him and rely on him. Allahs says in the quran that he will not burden a soul more than it can bear!

For Allah SWT no black is superior than white neither white superior than black but in his Imaan and his good deeds. In deed life is a test.

Correction, there is no Hadeeth that refers to the clock as being the horn of Shaytaan. Rather it refers to Iraq where the horn of Shaytaan will appear, referring to Shiasm and Sufism.This is reported by Abu Hurraira.
