@@dwixpur wah saya kurang tau pasti hitungan nya, untuk modifikasi saya biasanya pakai perbandingan dan atau prosentase saja. Terlebih saya belum pernah pakai brushless rc. Paling naikin diameter kawat email nya. Tentunya spek ESC digedein.

I don't understand, i did exactly that and my motor does not work. Also when i rotate the rotor i dont get electricity on the wires measuring with a mutimeter. Something is wrong here and i dont know what it is. Could you please help me?
I assume you did it right when you made the coil. Try to check the connections, whether it is connected perfectly. If the direction of the coil is correct, I'm sure it can rotate well. Or you check the magnetic order, there may be an error (N-S-N-S)

Note the number of slots and magnets, 12 slots and 10 magnets. It's just multiplied by two, the order of the coil and the direction of the winding is the same. I don't know your stator size. If the previous diameter was 0.7mm, try increasing it to a diameter of 1.2mm.

Beda jumlah magnet beda lilitanya. Kalau sambungan star, ujung end digabung/disolder. Nah ujung start yang ke ESC. Kalau star torsi besar tapi rpm rendah, kalau sambungan delta torsi rendah tapi tinggi rpm nya, dengan spesifikasi yang sama.

Kalau saya biasa modifikasi, perbesar diameter kawat. Karena slot nya terbatas tentu jumlah lilitan jadi berkurang. Maksimalkan saja sampai muat berapa. Tahan tidaknya terhadap panas yang ditimbulkan, tergantus seberapa maksimal proses pelepasan panasnya dan sesuaikan drivernya.

This is for a three-phase brushless motor. But all three-phase brushless motors can also be used for electric generators. What kind of three-phase electric generator do you want? Or how many stator poles and how many rotor poles? Three-phase brushless motors or generators generally have stator poles in multiples of three. With the number of rotor poles: every 3 stator poles opposite 2 poles in the rotor. So suppose the stator has 6 poles, then the magnetic poles in the rotor are 4. If the stator has 12 poles, then the totor has 8 magnetic poles, and so on.

Delta configuration: high rpm, but low torque. Star configuration: low rpm, high torque.
24 slots / teeth and 20 magnetic poles, usually applied in electric cars.

Kalau mau lebih kenceng, banyak faktor mas. Kalau saya biasa modifikasi, perbesar diameter kawat. Karena slot nya terbatas tentu jumlah lilitan jadi berkurang. Maksimalkan saja sampai muat berapa.
Tahan tidaknya terhadap panas yang ditimbulkan, tergantus seberapa maksimal proses pelepasan panasnya dan sesuaikan drivernya.

This is for a three-phase brushless motor. But all three-phase brushless motors can also be used for electric generators. What kind of three-phase electric generator do you want? Or how many stator poles and how many rotor poles? Three-phase brushless motors or generators generally have stator poles in multiples of three. With the number of rotor poles: every 3 stator poles opposite 2 poles in the rotor. So suppose the stator has 6 poles, then the magnetic poles in the rotor are 4. If the stator has 12 poles, then the totor has 8 magnetic poles, and so on.
