    Excellente vidéo. Exceptionnel de montrer avec une grande clarté le principe du bobinage ! La majorité des vidéos sur le sujet à part voir le gars enrouler le fil sans jamais voir comment les bobines sont reliées entre elles ne montrent rien et sont donc totalement inutiles. Merci .

      @@dwixpur wah saya kurang tau pasti hitungan nya, untuk modifikasi saya biasanya pakai perbandingan dan atau prosentase saja. Terlebih saya belum pernah pakai brushless rc. Paling naikin diameter kawat email nya. Tentunya spek ESC digedein.

    Great video.
    Great teaching method. I was telling this to every one. Where to start where to end where to take deviation. Every body knows art of winding. They waste time in winding 500 turns in each slot or so. You are an example for all.
    Pl. make armature winding this way. No body is explaining properly. They show their art in marathon winding.

    in a bit of a puzzle hope you are well family also in these wired times of this virus ? have motor see attachment carefully took notes pictures ect but now lost on the final phase yellow as you can see there are only 3 windings totaling 9 total but its a 27 pole stator how are the green and blue wired or am i missing something obvious thanks ad take care

      Kalau hall sensor 3 biji hanya untuk motor brushless dc 3 phase. Motor brushless dc 3 phase kan ada 3 coil yang dialiri listrik secara bergantian input tegangan positif dan atau negatifnya agar membentuk medan magnet putar di stator sehingga rotor yang dipasangi magnet bisa berputar. Nah, hall sensor ini berfungsi membaca posisi magnet di rotor dan mengirim signal ke otak (IC) pengaturnya. Yaitu phase mana yang harus diberi tegangan positif dan mana yang harus diberi tegangan negatif secara tepat agar pada stator terjadi medan magnet putar. Jika tidak, si rotor tidak akan bisa berputar.

    Could you explain how the pole pair for phase I with one, phase end, being the north pole and the other, phase end, being the south pole actually holds true?
    I keep applying the right hand rule on phase I, assuming that a positive voltage V+ is applied to the "start" white tag, according to the right hand rule the point of phase I pointing inwards towards the center is a north pole, and I follow you around to the opposite end and I keep getting that the part facing inwards towards the center also becomes a north pole so we have a double north pole pair? How can it spin if we have double north poles and double south poles. Could you explain I am very confused.

    I don't understand, i did exactly that and my motor does not work. Also when i rotate the rotor i dont get electricity on the wires measuring with a mutimeter. Something is wrong here and i dont know what it is. Could you please help me?

      I assume you did it right when you made the coil. Try to check the connections, whether it is connected perfectly. If the direction of the coil is correct, I'm sure it can rotate well. Or you check the magnetic order, there may be an error (N-S-N-S)

    Hi I am trying to make a hi torque very low speed motor, the statore has 24 poles diameter 70 mm . How do you suggest to proceed to get the best result. Multi strand o singole and diameter how many turns all clockwise or alternated, star or delta and how many neodymium magnets. There are to many variables to take in consideration and I am not very able in this field please I would really appreciate your help Thankyou very much

      You use 20 magnetic poles.
      coil arrangement and winding direction, as follows :
      Aa-bB-Cc-aA-Bb-cC-Aa-bB-Cc-aA-Bb-cC
      A=cw
      a=ccw
      B=cw
      b=ccw
      C=cw
      c=ccw
      Or watch this video, the winding direction is the same, the coil order is the same :

      Note the number of slots and magnets, 12 slots and 10 magnets. It's just multiplied by two, the order of the coil and the direction of the winding is the same. I don't know your stator size. If the previous diameter was 0.7mm, try increasing it to a diameter of 1.2mm.

      Delta configuration: high rpm, but low torque. Star configuration: low rpm, high torque.

      Beda jumlah magnet beda lilitanya.
      Kalau sambungan star, ujung end digabung/disolder. Nah ujung start yang ke ESC. Kalau star torsi besar tapi rpm rendah, kalau sambungan delta torsi rendah tapi tinggi rpm nya, dengan spesifikasi yang sama.

      @@vinoymotovlog3359 sambungan star dan delta itu untuk sambungan dari ketiga phase dari motor 3 phase, entah motor dc atau ac.
      Untuk yang lilitanya ada yang cw dan ccw, itu arah lilitan sesuai jumlah magnetnya, dalam hal ini brushless dc motor (bldc motor).
      Jadi mau cw atau ccw dilihat dari jumlah kutub magnet dirotor.
      Karena kan dari masing2 phase asupan/masukan tegangan ke coil masing2 phase berbeda2 atau berubah2 sesuai/diatur oleh esc/controllernya. Pengaturan oleh esc/controller ini membentuk medan magnet putar pada coil agar susunan magnet permanen yang di rotor bisa berputar.
      Coba mas cari video tentang dasar2 motor brusless dc.
      Kata kuncinya how it work brushless dc motor. Nanti muncul semua video2 yang berkaitan dengan motor beushless dc.

      @@YudiHermanto4H baik mas mau saya cari2 tau dulu sebelum mencoba . Oya mas . Kalo pengen brusles jadi lebih kenceng rpmnya itu di rubah dari ukuran tembaganya .apa dari jumblah gulunganya ..

      @@vinoymotovlog3359 ok mas, lebih baik ditau dulu dasar2nya..biarpun tidak semua. Tapi paling tidak ada gambaran sedikit2.
      Kalau mau lebih kenceng, banyak faktor mas. Kalau saya biasa modifikasi, perbesar diameter kawat. Karena slot nya terbatas tentu jumlah lilitan jadi berkurang. Maksimalkan saja sampai muat berapa.
      Tahan tidaknya terhadap panas yang ditimbulkan, tergantus seberapa maksimal proses pelepasan panasnya dan sesuaikan drivernya.

      This is for a three-phase brushless motor. But all three-phase brushless motors can also be used for electric generators. What kind of three-phase electric generator do you want? Or how many stator poles and how many rotor poles? Three-phase brushless motors or generators generally have stator poles in multiples of three. With the number of rotor poles: every 3 stator poles opposite 2 poles in the rotor. So suppose the stator has 6 poles, then the magnetic poles in the rotor are 4. If the stator has 12 poles, then the totor has 8 magnetic poles, and so on.
