I mean u can say they both going thru a reawakening. The only difference is Jinwoo is still an E-Rank Hunter, but his getting reawaken with a system to make him stronger and stronger. While usually in a normal cases a hunter that got reawaken, the limit bar of power they have instantly getting a new height, just like the anime explain. An E-Rank Hunter can suddenly be an A or S Rank Hunter. Hope the explanation works😅 my english is still bad
@@RobinoyoReacts 2nd reawakening is just the hunter upgrade to the next rank, lets say from E rank to A rank, and thats it, game system only specific to the MC, the awakened are the ones who grow to some extent, then no more, but Jinwoo is different, he can grow, so thats the difference, the other stuck, but Jinwoo able to break the limit and beyond ^___^
11:39 Yes, this is highlighted in the begining of this episode (The fact they dismissed him as soon as they saw that his mana was still a ten, if it was normal for a second reawakening to grow slowly like that, they wouldn't have dismissed him so easily) When someone experiences a reawakening, they shoot to a higher rank automatically and suddenly. Its similer to how Jinwoo just suddenly becomes a E rank, you see him stop in the flashback and looked shocked, a awakening it's that fast and sudden, the same goes for a reawakening. There is no growth. So with a ordinary secondary awakening, their mana would have already shot to a higher rank but you can do no more after that. There is no third awakening. Since Jinwoo's mana hadn't changed, they automatically dismissed him since as far as they are aware, he should have already been at a much higher rank, if he was awakened a second time, which he was not.
14:25 I don't think he chose to do a test out of the blue there. I think that moment when he dropped the sandbags is when his first awakening happened, and he felt it, so he went to take a test.
Ask yourself "if other people who would experiment a second awakening would be presented the same opportunities as him would it be called 'Solo Leveling'?". Btw Second awakening, like the first seems to be direct magic power increase, that's why the hunter association abandoned the idea of him having a second awakening as his magic power didn't increase and is still largely under an average E-rank hunter.
After seeing crazy things he should did to gain the rights to be a "player", title Solo Leveling is suit this series well because Jin Woo is the only player existed. The awakening things is just like you upgrade your ability level, but not completely gain different ability you already had. You can see that Jin Woo gain new skill unrelated with his role as assassin while "non-player" only enhancing their ability via "second awakening" with same properties. For example, if you are a hunter with strong punch enough to destroy rock, next level you can destroy steel and so on. Not gaining accuracy or special passive with critical hits things, just increase the strength
Its not spoiler.. Think about these questions...😅 Why open dungeon? Its really game window? Who is main villain? Why choose jinwoo? 1st episode connect with other episode or not? Am not answering 😂😂😂😂😂
The fact that the world has a video game like structure and that he was granted "Player" status, that makes me wonder if the other people in that world are all NPCs. It would make sense why their levels never change. If that is true, are there other "Players" possibly from our world? If so, how can an NPC become a player? Is it in the Matrix or something? So many questions arise from just this one statement (That he became a player). Is he the only player? Why did that hidden quest specifically exist? Why was it offered (I'm assuming) so very rarely that nobody in the world knows about it but him? Could the other people in his party have gotten player status if they stayed behind till the end? If he's a player and the world is like a game, can he win? What happens when he wins? What happens if he dies? In many MMOS and rpgs, you can resurrect after dying if you are a player, but others have a game over. Maybe we'll find out. I hope so. So many questions.
Second awakening is simply power up and as they said but even that is extremely rare to happen. But he is still E rank so no he did not went through it. And for other question he never died, as you know in ep 2, system screen says your heart will stop if you don't accept the quest, then he wakes up with his full body. Looking now from this perspective it's more it's more like did he make a deal with that god/devil.
I'm thinking the second awakening thing is a totally separate thing from what Sung has. The second awakening is like ranking up somehow and getting new powers and higher stats but then it is permanent and unchanging. He literally has "Player Status" in this game world, whatever that means specifically. I'm guessing the second awakening is like giving an NPC Elite status in W.O.W.
In the SIMPLEST of terms, what happened to Jinwoo was that his upper limit to his powers was removed. He's STILL an E-Rank loser at this point, but now he can GROW whereas NO ONE else in this world can do that.
OMG I just thought of something.. Okay so starting with the theory that All the world is NPCS in a game world, and there are player characters among them, very very rarely, and that Sung is now one of them.. I have to wonder, if the sleeping sickness that his mother has, is just her avatar being dormant while she is logged off and in the real world. Maybe all the sleeping people are player characters who have logged off? Maybe he is getting player status because his mother is a player, maybe his dad disappeared because he deleted his character? If you think about it from an MMO standpoint it kind of makes sense... so long as you assume most everyone is an NPC.. with a few players mixed in secretly.
Death is still a risk, however I will say a lot of people, even readers who read the manwha seem to be saying Jinwoo died at the double dungeon, which I never understood? Like he was dying, but he never actually died.
Spoiler. I'm of the belief that he died, and was recreated as a Player. He is NO LONGER a human. The monsters of the dungeons no longer refer to him as a human.
@@Chrisfragger1 but he literally didn’t die? He is still breathing when he receives the system?
