If anybody is having trouble seeing the NPC on PS5 just try restarting your console and boot Elden Ring back up as normal. NPC should appear there! Good luck fellow tarnished.
For any Xbox users who can’t get the npc to show up select Microsoft store on the main menu! It will take you to a screen that’s not able to be accessed through the regular Microsoft store. Hope this helps

If anyone on Xbox is having trouble starting it because of the 'add-on doesn't need to be installed' thing that won't let you install the add-on, just scroll down the Elden ring loading screen to where it says 'Microsoft store' and click on that and it'll bring you to the dic add-on and this time it'll actually give u the option to install it from that point
Thank you for that first screenshot! Playing on Xbox, and I thought that the patch last night was actually the DLC getting installed-and it wasn't! I was sooo confused for maybe 5 minutes yanking on that poor arm (i.e., hitting A randomly). I had to click on "Microsoft Store" from the start screen and install the DLC from there.

I had the update for the game today thinking that was it … realized I had started a new game plus so I had to kill Mohg … after that nothing was working … THEN I realized from the PS store you had to install the DLC separately from whatever other update came out for the latest patch

Guys. If you dont see the NPC chances you didnt download the DlC. The first download is a patch, the second one should be done manually from the store. Once done, make sure to install then restart console. Should be fixed. Happy gaming Tarnished!

The npc is not spawning, I’ve closed the game and opened it again, restarted my Xbox a million times, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and still… nothing 💔
Nobody said anything about beating RADAHN again I’ve been sitting here on my 4th playthrough of the game with MOGH defeated for over a month now waiting for this only to be told that I need to go through that whole process of unlocking the fight and killing RADAHN again. Ultra annoying.

The NPC isn’t there, I’ve tried restarting, redownloading, it says I have the DLC but on Xbox is says it’s already installed into the game and you can’t install it separate so I can’t even delete the dlc and reinstall it

So I'm getting this weird issue.. I have over 700 hours got the plat, and I have 7 out of 10 saves meeting the requirements have psn active and the current patch killed mogh radhan and all the bosses in the game on one character.. I've installed and un-installed multiple times reseted ps5 many many times.. patch version 1.13 shadow of the erdtree in the corner downloaded the hotfix and still can't get the lady to spawn. Or interact with Miquella's cocoon What the heck? Lol
How do we actually get back to Mohg's Palace if we are already in endgame (just before Elden Beast)? Some of the fast travel points are missing for me, I guess because I reached the point of no return?
I think I did something stupid, I bought the game with an account on a website after I bought the dock from the official Sony page and I think it doesn't work like that

On xbox series X. I went to elend ring microsoft store and it takes you to the dlc. Just need to install it. 18.31 GB

@@nsa5 then don't worry about start the dlc, besides it already has it's own levelling system so be sure to focus on that and not just leveling up.
@@nsa5 the dlc scales the same for everyone so you'll be fine but don't miss out on the new levelling system or you'll get obliterated
