Wow thanks for sharing I think I’m going to order myself a goodie package. Thanks for sharing. Great that I found your channel and I will definately pass it along. @@theGADGETSplaylist what do I have to do to get the lates version of the scope? I have an HP laptop will it work on it. Is the app free from microscope play store. Mine came today, several of the same itens. Really impressed with the bnc to bannana lead quality . The trigger ring for 6 bucks is a great deal . I wanted to dig in and start playing with the 512 but figured as well as it was packed but am going to do an unboxer first to show anyone else interested in ordering from Martin . Thanks for your videos and help getting going with Hscope!
Very cool! I'm imagining back in the day being ably to slap sensors on and go for a test drive with a clicker to mark the spot I heard or felt the abnormal "thing"... damn. That would have changed a few outcomes. A W Body 3.4L DOHC tip in stumble still haunts my dreams...

thanks so much for the time and effort you put in to help us i just have to find someone to help me assemble some of the tools gotton so shaky just unable to do it. i wish you would ask your viewers if there is anyone out there that would provide this service at a reasonable price for us viewers that are unable to do it

maybe Ian... I think the mic has a narrow band and the silent hiss would have to fall in it... interesting use idea, I'll talk it up with Martin and the group
Hi I really enjoy your posts, and I'm learning a lot about scopes and their usefullness in auto diagnostics. By any chance do you know how to send Martin Loren an email regarding the HS502 and when it will be available again? Thanks again for the great content. J.
I need to connect my Samsung Galaxy 10 inch tablet to a hantec 1008c scope but I want to use an external power supply for the scope( USB-B). Tablet uses USB -C. What kind of hookup do I need? CAn I use a powered USB hub? Or Martin Lorens cables or aadapter? I am planning on replacing the hantec with Martin's HS512 but would like to see this work.
HS502 has ±16v input thus finer resolution than the HS512 ±32v input from a practical perspective, both are very low noise oscilloscopes and if your work includes 24v vehicles then the HS512 would win out
Who is this Martin Loren? Tried to do some digging and the only thing I find is that these scopes and accessories are made and shipped from somewhere in China...
@@theGADGETSplaylist Thanks! He seems to be quite a capable guy in making these scopes and related things, judging from the videos I see on your channel. Nice of you to show how they work!
Hello sir, I’m an Auto/Diesel tech who works in fleet maintenance. A lot of issues I run into are intermittent CAN or module dropouts. Most modules I encounter will have constant 12v, 12v ignition, CAN H and L, and ground. I’m trying to develop my own test procedure to monitor all five circuits while test driving or performing “wiggle” tests. Problem I’m running into is oscilloscopes boxes and software only have four channels (I really want to utilize Hscope). Would it possible to create a diy video with a device that can input, let’s say, Can H and Can L or the 12v circuits and use a math function to output the results to one channel? That way I can monitor the other power and ground circuits with a four channel scope? I do have an eight channel Hantek, but the connections take too long to route and set up. Ideally I’d like to build Bluetooth scopes but I need to figure out how to monitor more than 4 channels.
Bluetooth is quite slow which is why the single channel HS101 BLT on this channel was the only one to use it HScope can support 4 channels maximum Not sure I can be of help with so many needed channels and yeah, those intermittent issues are the worst
Good to see hscope still moving forward. Some great accessories there. Look forward to more videos 👍

one of the few advantages of the Hantek 1008c is its low current draw...absolutely no need for extra power other than that provided by the tablet USB
