I was so very sad these past few years, I thought nothing would ever get better, then one night my best friend and I decided to go star watching. We laid on this picnic blanket till almost 2 AM swaddled in blankets watching the stars. I played this song as we watched. I felt as if I was in a movie. It felt unreal. I suddenly had so much hope. When it hit me, I smiled so unbelievably hard, almost like a clown, We saw around 11 shooting stars and for each one, I wished for things to get better very soon and to be happy. It was the perfect night and this song just made it so much more perfect. To anyone out there, it WILL get better. Try laying down in a field or even your backyard, listen to this song and find your favourite star. The one you’re drawn to. I hear this and get sleepy and I remember my grandmother running her hands through my hair and over my eyes till I’d fall asleep she passed away in 17 it does make me sad that I’m no longer able to go to her house and lay in her lap and tell her to run her fingers through my hair but it also makes me happy because I close my eyes and I can imagine her laying with me and running her fingers through my hair and holding me with her sweet scent of roses and her warm embrace... I miss you grandma And remember “I love you to the moon and back” ❤️

I cried because for the first time in years, I was able to fall asleep without prescribed medication (Ambian and Temazepam) which both stopped its purpose, and recently Walgreen's ZZZ liquid sleeping. I suffer from anxiety, ptsd and depression, and yet this Saturday at 8:50 am, I awakened without a headache and worry. I do feel like my Gran was comforting me ... She was a blessed Catholic, and I miss her and my mom. Thank you.

I played this in the background, started to work on my project, I forgot that it was playing in the background and continuously worked for 2 hours and later when I put down my headphone, I realized I was still refreshed and ready to work for more hour. This really helped me because my uncle died in 19 and after he died o couldn’t sleep because my uncle was more than just my uncle he was my best friend he smiled all the time he laughed and he was the sunshine to my day and before he died I had problems sleeping but when I was with him I would go to sleep just in The sound of his voice I think about him everyday and I don’t want to be sad but I can’t help it but I know he’s in a better place and this has really helped because I know that without this I would get me sleep whatsoever

I read the comments and it got me thinking about my bestfriend. She didn't die or leave but she mans so much to me. We've helped each other through so much but I still feel like I'm not enough. I didn't get to talk to her for months and all I did was cry. I felt like nothing without her. Then I started thinking about her laugh and her smile it cheered me up. But it made me think I might not be walking on this earth tomorrow if she left me. I actually call her bestfriend to remind her that shes not just someone I hangout with, she's someone that I Need. I do this in fear that she will walk out on me like everyone else. This is the strongest emotional connection I have ever felt with a person and I never want to loose it. I want to give her a hug but it's 2:40 AM so I hope to talk to her tomorrow.😊💖

Years ago my Best friend /ex girlfriend passed away 😢 from a domestic violence with her then boyfriend who is now doing life in prison. Her and I were intwined spirits who could lay in bed and laugh together for hours,start movies but never finished them and was on the same brain wave. Be in a room full of people but be in conversation so deep we would not even realize anyone else was there with us. Though we split up we talked everyday. How I miss those days ,it's been since 2014 since I heard her voice. But when I listen to this lying next to my 3 y.o. son I have that same amazing heart fill as I once shared with you Jillian. His name is Jaxon and has a birthmark on the right thigh in the same exact spot as you. For three he is so smart and full of charisma and comes up with stuff I know your would die from laughing if you was here. Even though he is not yours he reminds me alot of you. It's weird how the universe and God work. Brings it all back around, Love every moment you have with the ones you care about cause one day they may not be with you and make memory's so if they leave you can smile still because of them. ❤️
I realized my “bestfriend” was not my bestfriend because after 7 years she just left and it hurt because it was all over a boy. I recently made a new friend and she filled that void in me and it’s strange because as much as I miss her, I’m glad at the same time because I’ve made a wonderful friend. I’ve developed feelings for this friend and I’ve decided to stay friends with her because I’m done risking my friendships.

I LOVE the piano, My Mom use to play it all the time and I loved sitting and listening and watching her play it was extraordinary and a memory I will forever cherish and I will forever love the piano 😍 I lost My Mom in 2014 to Alzheimer's & Dimentia and it has been extremely hard on me since My Mom passed I have lost myself completely she was My hero, My idol, My BFF, a Co-Worker side by side for 15 years working together and I have had such a hard time in MY life since My Mom died I have lost everything I owned and am now at the age of 51 having to start all over again and I have struggled to find Peace within myself and listening to this music the piano the crickets, I was born and raised in the Country just helps me to feed so much closer to My Mom in my dreams. So I thank you so deeply from my heart for composing this music and sharing it with us all you really don't know how much this has helped me with Me and thank you for bringing me closer to such beautiful memories with My Mom she is My #1 Guardian Angel soaring high above me watching Me. I used to have panic attacks at night, and they gave me a serious case of insomnia. But I've only had occasional bouts of anxiety for the last year now, with a little self-love and a lot of help from the therapist. Remember that this part of your life isn't permanent, you might always have a bit of it but take the right steps and you'll shrug it off one day. The attacks can't hurt you, they can only scare you. (Also eat well and exercise, I know everyone says it but physical health really does help mental health in my experience.) Good night and good luck, friend! :-)

I hear this and get sleepy and I remember my grandmother running her hands through my hair and over my eyes till I’d fall asleep she passed away in 17 it does make me sad that I’m no longer able to go to her house and lay in her lap and tell her to run her fingers through my hair but it also makes me happy because I close my eyes and I can imagine her laying with me and running her fingers through my hair and holding me with her sweet scent of roses and her warm embrace... I cried because for the first time in years, I was able to fall asleep without prescribed medication (Ambian and Temazepam) which both stopped its purpose, and recently Walgreen's ZZZ liquid sleeping. I suffer from anxiety, ptsd and depression, and yet this Saturday at 8:50 am, I awakened without a headache and worry.
I do feel like my Gran was comforting me ... She was a blessed Catholic, and I miss her and my mom.

I read the comments and it got me thinking about my bestfriend. She didn't die or leave but she mans so much to me. We've helped each other through so much but I still feel like I'm not enough. I didn't get to talk to her for months and all I did was cry. I felt like nothing without her. Then I started thinking about her laugh and her smile it cheered me up. But it made me think I might not be walking on this earth tomorrow if she left me. I actually call her bestfriend to remind her that shes not just someone I hangout with, she's someone that I Need. I do this in fear that she will walk out on me like everyone else. This is the strongest emotional connection I have ever felt with a person and I never want to loose it. I want to give her a hug but it's 2:40 AM so I hope to talk to her tomorrow.😊💖

Years ago my Best friend /ex girlfriend passed away 😢 from a domestic violence with her then boyfriend who is now doing life in prison. Her and I were intwined spirits who could lay in bed and laugh together for hours,start movies but never finished them and was on the same brain wave. Be in a room full of people but be in conversation so deep we would not even realize anyone else was there with us. Though we split up we talked everyday. How I miss those days ,it's been since 2014 since I heard her voice. But when I listen to this lying next to my 3 y.o. son I have that same amazing heart fill as I once shared with you Jillian. His name is Jaxon and has a birthmark on the right thigh in the same exact spot as you. For three he is so smart and full of charisma and comes up with stuff I know your would die from laughing if you was here. Even though he is not yours he reminds me alot of you. It's weird how the universe and God work. Brings it all back around, Love every moment you have with the ones you care about cause one day they may not be with you and make memory's so if they leave you can smile still because of them. ❤️

I LOVE the piano, My Mom use to play it all the time and I loved sitting and listening and watching her play it was extraordinary and a memory I will forever cherish and I will forever love the piano 😍 I lost My Mom in 2014 to Alzheimer's & Dimentia and it has been extremely hard on me since My Mom passed I have lost myself completely she was My hero, My idol, My BFF, a Co-Worker side by side for 15 years working together and I have had such a hard time in MY life since My Mom died I have lost everything I owned and am now at the age of 51 having to start all over again and I have struggled to find Peace within myself and listening to this music the piano the crickets, I was born and raised in the Country just helps me to feed so much closer to My Mom in my dreams. So I thank you so deeply from my heart for composing this music and sharing it with us all you really don't know how much this has helped me with Me and thank you for bringing me closer to such beautiful memories with My Mom she is My #1 Guardian Angel soaring high above me watching Me. When i was hospitalized, i couldn't sleep due to the pain and I was worried if i cant make it thru the major ops. But After listening to this beautiful music, it's calm me down and whatever the consequences,I leave it to the God. My ops went well and in the process of recovery. Thanks you. I am blessed.
I would rate this video a 10/10 cause I like how long it is, also how there is cricket sounds and the nice flowers 🌺 so I recommend this for people who have trouble sleeping and need calming sounds to relax them at any time of the day!.

I always have anxiety attack when i want to sleep i feel like all my problems come to fight me at night and i can’t relax and this is just calming and relaxing all my problems suddenly go and i can sleep all night without anxiety attack anymore thank you so much 😊

I used to have panic attacks at night, and they gave me a serious case of insomnia. But I've only had occasional bouts of anxiety for the last year now, with a little self-love and a lot of help from the therapist. Remember that this part of your life isn't permanent, you might always have a bit of it but take the right steps and you'll shrug it off one day. The attacks can't hurt you, they can only scare you. (Also eat well and exercise, I know everyone says it but physical health really does help mental health in my experience.)
