- Literally nothing goes right for Bridget in this episode of RD Lifestyle. A 4 hour recovery, a cyclone, almost losing a boat and jet ski and thats just day 1...
A welders dog could see that was going to go to shit, wake up before somebody gets hurt. Ill bet there wasn't anybody else boating around was there
Yep, way too many risks taken for sure, especially the boat and ski trip, was already blowing its arse out... Completely agree with you on this...
Feel like that’s really piss poor advice to get out there in open water in any weather underprepared
Just let your tyres next time down don’t be scared just let him down like 10 PSI. You won’t get stuck on sand trust me you won’t get stuck easily like that

What psi did you air down to? Most sand here in WA you have to air down to about 10psi, sometimes even less...
Yep, this whole ‘I’m way down now to 16psi’ just shits me off. Drop them to 10 and crawl through anything.
The Ute towing the boat that’s got next to no weight on it could easily run 8psi all day if driven properly.

Sounds silly but did you let the tires down on the trailers as well? Those little pizza wheels cut through the sand like butter and when you turn the corner and the trailer gets a little sideways they will drag in the sand like 2 boat anchors. Great Ep though and kudos for sticking with it and not giving up!

All you had to do was air down more from the start, if your floating around on the sand alot it means there's still too much air in your tyres 🤙

Good to see you out there getting into it. A few observations from what I could tell. I may be wrong as it’s sometimes hard to tell by a video. But as I had a heap of experience these are my thoughts.
I tow a 20 foot 3t caravan on beach with soft sand. No way your tyres were down enough. Each time I seen your tyres they looked like they were fully inflated. Mine are so flat they look like there no air there at all. You should’ve been able to do that easy with 10 or 12 psi. But if you had trouble go down to 8 psi. Most of the time towing I have very little trouble at 14psi. Also what’s the go with revving so hard and dumping your clutch? Soft sand use the low’s. Low tyre pressure, Low rang,

Wow what a fantastic and very scary episode Bridget but all ways enjoy every moment of Red Dirt diaries. I’m so glad that you all got back in one piece you had me worried there but I had faith in you Bridget. If I was there I would’ve given you a big hug because it looked like you deserve one. So looking forward to seeing the next episode Bridget and hopefully Bree is going to be with you in the next episode

@B. Yourself ask any boatie if the boat has stayed on the trailer on their weekend away. Stay safe out there mate, and think of the vmr guys who have to rescue your ass.
@@chalkss make sure you consider that when you leave your driveway in your car. Highest risk activity anyone ever does. Don’t do it in case you have a prang and someone needs to cut you out. Seriously, just chill and let people have a bit of fun. We ain’t designed to sit in mum’s basement and avoid all risks in life. If that’s what does it for you, knock yourself out sunshine. You’re special.

Well done girls . I just have to mention the boat word and the weather turns bad . I have had some scary moments in the tinnie as well it’s never fun . But always good to get home safe with a decent story to tell 😂
